Stayed here in January 2026. The property is well located but is extremely run down. The carpets and room fabrics not only smell but look like they are barely cleaned. Staff and service is below average for these prices - much better options available. Although check-in time is 2 p.m. - they did not give us our room till 6.30 p.m. and thereafter neither had the courtesy to apologise nor compensate. The bollywood bar on the terrace gives you an idea of the gentry. Would definitely not recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay here at the Radisson and while the hotel was just like any other, what made it special was the staff and their service. Whoever we interacted with went out of their way to accommodate our requests and help us out. Special shout out to Fah Tift who ensured the best check in experience, one that I will remember for years! We ended 2025 here and started the new year here and I am so grateful to the staff.

Very rude behaviour. They refused to let us return to our Room and ruined a day of our holiday. Because they didn't check us in correctly. The women dealing with the issue, argued that the credit card they had on file for us didn't exist. But demanded we pay with the exact same credit card. She also pretended to be the manager and then later said the manager was not in. We are VIP members, so who knows what non VIP members experience. They also changed the price several times. The whole experience felt like a scam. DO NOT VISIT. Update to my review. This is for the manager. Yes you spoke with me. Since we have spoken me, when we returned to our room last night at 10pm the room was not cleaned, bed wasn't made and towels were not added. When I called the reception desk the same (fake manager) women from before told us she would send someone up straight away. Two hours later and 5 phone calls to reception still no room cleaning. Also, this morning as we checked out. We requested a taxi two hours before we needed one to take us to the airport. And when the time came reception had not booked our taxi (we almost missed our flight). The whole experience felt like we were being singled out for not being happy that the women who pretended to be the manager was complained about. This whole experience was terrible, I think you should refund me for my bad stay. I will be chasing this experience up with Radisson, this hotel has stolen a day from my holiday and made life extremely stressful. Being held hostage for hours and having my passport extorted from me, while missing my day tour that I paid good money for. With no real apology, is bad enough. The rest of the treatment was just horrific, leaving me a dirty room and not bothering to get me a taxi to the airport. If I was you, I'd consider firing the fake management staff before they make your hotel a 1 star. I've had. Better treatment at a hostel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and welcoming but what truly made my experience special was Apple, the receptionist. She’s an incredible person with such a good soul and positive energy. Always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. Apple is by far the best receptionist I’ve met , she made me feel at home from the first moment. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come back again.

We checked out early and requested the packed breakfast and I am also sharing video what they have served. 4 muffins - 1 banan - some cut fruits That’s all Is this worth it against the lavish spred of breakfast??? I need a response form the management of Radisson regarding this I asked for 2 sandwiches 🥪 to be packed a night before But didn’t got Very disappointing
