We loved our stay at Sala. For reconnecting with a partner or meeting up with friends this was ideal. Private pool villas exceeded all our expectations and We loved the restaurant. This is the third time I’ve stayed in that beach area. I have stayed at the Marriott and one of the Anatara properties and this was by far my favorite place. The pool villas are perfect and the service was spectacular. The people working the breakfast and in the bar on the beach were lovely. The Chef that taught the cooking class was really great at explaining the dishes and he had us trying some very local Thai dishes that we had not seen in a cooking class before. We loved hanging out in our private pool, but we also love the big pool that was out by the beach. We visited the farm - loved the chickens and goats. The grounds were meticulously clean the rooms had very comfortable beds. This is my new first choice for a hotel on Phuket.

The best vacation location ever! If you just want to have a relaxed getaway, this is the place to be. From welcoming us with our airport transfer until the very last minute. My birthday celebration really is so special spending it here. Only hiccup we had was some requests that didn’t get any actions (ie, larger slipper size, requested pillow as chosen on our check in day wasn’t delivered till the last day) but overall a good stay. We stayed in their garden villa and can’t complain! ❤️

First time at SALA Phuket (but second time in SALA hospitality) I had the pleasure of staying here with my partner and it was a fun experience. ⭐️Rooms: Very neat and clean, they have 'Beach bag' which is the best stuffs to carry on to the sea. Outdoor bathroom is truly SALA signature ☺️ ⭐️Service: Front desk staffs and service staffs are super kind and helpful. Biking coach is nice and care about our safety a lot. I deduct 0.5 for restaurant staff in morning shift. I'm Thai, but I expect the level of service as foreigner - Staff didn't talk to me or explain about special menu, I need to figure it out on my own. ⭐️Location: Very close to the airport and have private beach ⭐️Food: I deduct 0.5 because the food is too oily on some menus, especially afternoon tea set - I hope you have more variety and combination than put anything on fried.

Our stay in Sala Phuket was perfect. The accommodation was wonderfully luxurious. The setting amazing. The sunsets truly phenomenal. However, I think the staff are what really made the stay seem so relaxing. Friendly and helpful, every single one of them. There was always somebody nearby to answer questions, or take requests. When we were sitting around the pool staff would bring around water or juice unprompted. I especially appreciated the response of the kitchen staff when I asked if they could put the meat dishes together at breakfast, separate from the other food. They did it from that point on, no fuss at all. That was important to me (strict vegetarian), and took away a stress point. Speaking of food, the breakfast was tremendous. I preferred to start at 7am, it was so peaceful. Birdsong and crashing waves were the backdrop. Another nice thing I observed was seeing Tony the Chef and Tiger (F&B) chatting with guests, getting feedback, and having a laugh with the guests. We have been examining our diaries to find dates for our return!

Our recent stay at SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional and fully deserving of its five star reputation. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with precision, warmth, and genuine care. We were particularly impressed by the level of personalisation offered, from selecting our preferred pillow type and body lotion to receiving a complimentary upgrade from a Garden Pool Villa to a Sala Pool Villa. The accommodation itself was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and enhanced with beautiful complimentary decorations that made our stay feel even more special. The service throughout the resort was consistently outstanding. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, attentive, and sincerely dedicated to ensuring a flawless experience. A special mention must go to Executive Chef Tony Wrigley, who truly elevated our stay. Not only was his cuisine exceptional, but he also took the time to engage with us personally, making us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail extended beyond the dining experience, as he checked in on us during breakfast and kindly arranged a late checkout to accommodate our transfer. His professionalism and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. We also had a wonderful experience at the Sala Spa with Paula and Ice, whose expertise and care made for a deeply relaxing and memorable treatment. Additionally, the visit to the Sala Farm was a unique and charming touch, allowing us to interact with the animals and purchase fresh produce. The beachfront setting is truly breathtaking, with stunning sunset views that provided the perfect backdrop to our evenings. Watching the sun set over Mai Khao Beach was a highlight of our stay and added an extra layer of tranquillity and beauty to the overall experience. Overall, this was a truly outstanding stay defined by exceptional service, luxurious surroundings, and thoughtful touches throughout. We would highly recommend SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort to anyone seeking a refined and memorable experience in Phuket, and we very much look forward to returning in the future.
