We had a wonderful stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas. The location is amazing, the service was excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. A special mention to Mugula from sim sim restaurant whose hospitality was truly extraordinary. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Such a relaxing and amazing experience! This hotel is luxurious and very family-oriented. The welcome upon arrival was so nice, with drinks served right away. The pool was refreshingly cool, perfect for the heat. Staff service was outstanding and professional. plus lovely peppermint-scented towels. Breakfast was healthy and high quality

He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, with a natural friendliness that made every visit a pleasure. The restaurant itself was outstanding, serving genuinely authentic Italian cuisine that exceeded our expectations. As someone familiar with Italian food, I was particularly impressed by the tiramisu—it was remarkably similar to the authentic versions served in Italy and was easily one of the highlights of our dining experience. We would also like to recognize Anwar and Gilbert from the breakfast team. Both were calm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Their warm and attentive service created a peaceful and serene atmosphere each morning, making breakfast a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Hassan, Anwar, and Gilbert were all exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction reflect the very best of Saadiyat Rotana. Thank you for making our stay so special—we look forward to returning.

Can’t recommend enough this hotel!!everything was perfect! The rooms,the service,environment,facilities! Guest services helped me to organize my husband’s birthday surprise and decorated the room.Team in Italian restaurant “si” helped with the cake and candles as well. Also had an incredible dinner in turtle bay- nice food,environment and amazing service! Sheldon was very attentive and kind at all times! Kum and Karna were our room attendants and did a great job. Highly recommend!
