We had an amazing experience at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel truly welcome. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Caner, who went above and beyond to help us. He guided us with great professionalism, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect. His outstanding hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The hotel's facilities are exceptional. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of high-quality options. The swimming pool was fantastic, the gym was modern and well-equipped, and every area of the hotel was beautifully maintained. We also loved the sitting areas they have an elegant, antique inspired design with a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere that makes you want to spend hours enjoying the surroundings. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi to anyone looking for luxury, outstanding service, and unforgettable hospitality. We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. Check-in was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. An extra bed was arranged quickly for our 2 adults + 2 kids. For my wife’s birthday, the team arranged a beautiful customized eggless cake — such a warm gesture! We were on the Half-Board package. On request, the chefs prepared customized vegetarian options for both dinner and breakfast. Even though there were plenty of meat and seafood choices, the restaurant team made sure we had great options and took excellent care of us. The kids absolutely loved the Aqua Park, which is open daily, and the Rixy Kids Club. Seeing them so happy made our vacation so easy and fun. Housekeeping was very responsive and it was super convenient to request anything via WhatsApp. From arrival to check-out, the entire team across all departments made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend Rixos Marina for families with kids, and also for couples — there’s something for everyone here. Thank you to the whole team. God Bless you all!

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi on a half-board package, and the experience exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. The hotel team contacted us one day before arrival to arrange everything smoothly for check-in, which was a very professional and caring gesture. We checked in around 10:30 AM, and Mr. Zayed, a very polite and gentleman Emirati staff member, welcomed us warmly and made the process easy and comfortable. What makes this hotel truly special is the incredible attention to guest experience throughout the day. There were many complimentary treats and activities for guests, including iced coffee at 11 AM, chicken nuggets at 12 PM, cold towels around the pool at 2 PM, cocktails at 3 PM, plus games, competitions, and entertainment programs that kept everyone engaged and enjoying the atmosphere. All the staff were kind, supportive, and genuinely cared about the guests. Special thanks to Arka for the warm hospitality, and to Berkay, whose professional and energetic service on skates created a unique and fun experience while making service faster and more enjoyable. Another memorable staff member was Benson, who kindly offered complimentary professional sunglasses cleaning service with special tools — such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, truly beyond five-star quality, with an incredible variety of international cuisines and options for every taste imaginable. Dinner was equally impressive, with amazing food, live cooking stations outdoors, and live music creating a fantastic atmosphere every evening. Even after checkout, the hotel kindly allowed us to continue enjoying the pool facilities for extra time, which perfectly reflected their generosity and guest-focused hospitality.
