⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa was truly memorable. Freya from customer relations made us feel completely at home—she was warm, genuine, and it was lovely learning about her home country during our conversations. Pla at the restaurant welcomed us with such a beautiful smile and instantly made us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Jatin from India, who personally came to understand our dietary requirements and prepared absolutely delicious food for us. The beach setting is stunning, cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable, and the staff hospitality is genuinely outstanding. The spa is massive, beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for complete relaxation. And lastly, heartfelt thanks to Jenny, who accommodated us in every possible way and made our experience even more special. Highly recommended!

Had a very memorable weekend stay here! Service from the hotel was very warm and a superb experience. Seen checked us in and made us feel very welcome and this is a nice resort for you to relax away from busy city life. We had a nice private villa to ourselves. The breakfast was very good too and you must try their Mee Sapam, i love it. Their coconut ice cream is very good too! We also had a very good dinner at Takieng and the service there was amazing as well. Will recommend to friends and return too one day!

I had an outstanding experience at the Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. Our production brought in a crew of more than 150 U.S. crew members for an extended stay, and the entire staff handled an operation of that scale with professionalism, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. Managing a group this large is no easy task, but the team made everyone feel welcome from day one. Check-ins and daily operations were seamless, the rooms were consistently spotless, and the property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. A special thank you to the management, front desk, housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, engineering, and security teams. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our constantly changing production schedule, early mornings, late nights, and countless special requests. Their flexibility and positive attitude made a demanding shoot much easier for all of us. The restaurants were excellent, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had anywhere in the world, and the staff consistently greeted us with genuine smiles. It's rare to find a resort that can maintain such a high level of service while hosting a production of this size. On behalf of our entire crew, thank you for your incredible hospitality. If you're looking for a luxury resort in Phuket with exceptional service and a team that truly cares about its guests, I can't recommend the Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa highly enough. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, who were not only professional but also incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained, offering everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool area was one of our favorite spots—clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. It truly felt like a little oasis. One of the things we loved most was how family-friendly the hotel is. The kids’ play area is fantastic, and there are plenty of activities to keep children entertained throughout the day. It made a huge difference for us, knowing the kids were having just as much fun as we were. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes, and everything was beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly special. I have just spent 4 very enjoyable nights at Renaisance Resort and Spa. I could not fault the friendly and efficient service. A special mention for Bam at the Reception who was very helpful in every way. Also, Aoy from housekeeping was extremely attentive to our needs. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was made to feel very special on the day with a cake and a chorus of 'happy birthday during our meal at Takieng Restaurant. ' Big, Pang, and Ploy made my birthday dinner a wonderful experience. There were a couple of minor negative experiences. 1. The seats on the bicycles were extremely uncomfortable so much so that my wife had to abandon her cycle around the lake. 2.There is so much rubbish around the lake it is disappointing. Perhaps the chain of 5 star hotels around Mai Khoa Beach could organise a CLEAN UP THE RUBBISH DAY. Perhaps they could organise a free lunch for volunteers whether they be local people or tourists It is a special area that requires better management. 3.I don't like the red flashing lights in the Sports Bar. It reminds me of the Patong Red Light District. We will be back! Chris and Poon (very happy customers)
