I had such a wonderful stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can really feel their genuine hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, relaxing, and just a short drive from the airport. My room was very clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of tasty options, and the hotel also has great Thai and Western restaurants for dinner. The spa was another highlight — very professional and relaxing. I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Renaissance Phuket during the weekdays, and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had in a long time. Although the resort had guests, the entire property was so spacious that we never felt cramped or crowded. We still had plenty of privacy and could truly unwind. From the very beginning, the experience was smooth. Our check-in was fast and pleasant — everything was completed in just a few minutes, even before we finished our welcome drinks. It set the tone for an exceptional stay. The cleanliness of the resort stood out, and the staff were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. There were plenty of activities, especially for families. The Kids’ Club and kids’ pool were fantastic, with staff always present to make sure all the children were safe. Our kid enjoyed their time making new friends while we relaxed peacefully by the pool. The resort’s beachfront location is perfect. It’s only a short walk to the beach with a completely clear, unobstructed view of the sea. The water was beautifully clear and added so much to the whole experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary cocktail-mixing session at 6 pm. We had a great time learning to mix local spirits into a special cocktail — fun, and interactive. For dinner, the Thai restaurant was fully booked, so we tried the seafood restaurant instead, and it turned out to be excellent. The food was incredibly fresh, the cocktails were very well made, and the service was truly five-star. Another moment that really impressed me was the room service. I asked for wine glasses to enjoy with friends, and instead of just sending any glasses, the staff kindly asked whether we preferred red or white wine glasses, and if we needed an ice bucket filled with ice and a wine opener. Such thoughtful details made us feel genuinely cared for. There was also one morning when we forgot to turn off the “Do Not Disturb” sign, so our room wasn’t cleaned. The maid left a note letting us know we could call if we needed service. We returned to the hotel quite late that night, around 9–10 pm, and called to ask if cleaning was still possible — and to our surprise, they arranged a maid to come and clean the room even at that hour. This level of dedication was truly impressive. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide selection of dishes, and the view from the restaurant was stunning — it truly felt like enjoying breakfast in a peaceful forest. Overall, Renaissance Phuket delivered an exceptional blend of relaxation, privacy, family-friendly activities, and outstanding service. A truly memorable stay — we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a refreshing and enjoyable escape.

A wonderful stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort — quiet, private, and perfectly relaxing We had an amazing stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The resort is wonderfully quiet, private, and incredibly relaxing — the kind of place where you can slow down immediately and enjoy the surroundings. The food was excellent, even the room service dishes were surprisingly delicious. Parking was very convenient as well, making everything easy from the moment we arrived. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the resort is. There are so many activities for children, and the child-care service gave us the freedom to enjoy some proper rest and time to ourselves. There is even a dinosaur-themed kids’ pool with a water slide designed especially for little ones — such a fun highlight for families. Our friends stayed in one of the beachside villas, which was absolutely fantastic. They could walk straight from the bedroom and bathroom into their private pool — small but beautifully designed. Open the back gate and you’re right on the beach. Everything was well maintained and felt thoughtfully prepared. Every evening, the resort offers different activities: tasting local craft beer by the beach, freshly grilled barbecue, art exhibitions, cultural events, and more. These nightly programs were interesting, enjoyable, and added a lot of charm to our stay. We will definitely return. This part of Phuket feels completely different from the south — quieter, calmer, and much more relaxing — and it’s also conveniently close to the airport. If we travel with both grandparents and kids next time, this will absolutely be our top choice.

Check-in was smooth, and my room was ready right away. The staff took time to explain the resort’s facilities, which was very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a fresh scent, spacious bathroom, quality amenities, and a very cozy bed. I also appreciated the reliable air-conditioning and convenient universal outlets with USB ports—great for travelers. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an excellent mix of Thai and international dishes, with the egg skillet as a signature favorite. I also enjoyed dinner at Takieng, the resort’s Thai restaurant, which served authentic dishes made with fresh local ingredients. Families will love the kids’ area with a playground and pool, but the resort also feels perfect for couples and solo travelers looking for relaxation. Although I didn’t get to try the spa this time, it looked very inviting. Overall, a wonderful stay—I will definitely be back!

I was truly impressed! The hotel is beautifully designed in a minimal modern style — warm wood tones, lots of natural light, and a calm, refreshing vibe. The air was so clean that even my allergies didn’t act up. Every staff member was polite and attentive, and the buggy service to the accommodation buildings was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — premium ambiance, stylish guests, great variety, and high-quality food. I especially loved the scrambled eggs! The Kid Club was fantastic — There’s a pool, a spider climbing area, and daily kids’ activities. Even on rainy days, our little one had so much fun that we could stay there all day. Overall, it was peaceful and relaxing — perfectly away from the city’s noise and party scene. A wonderful place to slow down, enjoy nature, and feel the calm of the sea. 🌊
