We’ve come here for our anniversary and have loved every moment. The staff are super friendly. Everything was so clean and the variety of food in their buffet was something. The double room with pool access was the best decision. Rooftop bar at night with the best views. Absolutely felt amazing staying here. Highly recommend to everyone, romantic for couples and also family friendly.

This was our first stay here in the Resort and we spent 4 wonderful nights at the hotel. The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay and came with all the essential amenities. We also appreciated the generous provision of drinking water, both in the room and at the lobby. Overall, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and approachable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet never disappointed us. There was a wide variety of delicious options every morning, making each breakfast something to look forward to. We never got bored with the selection. We would like to give a special mention to Noodang, who was exceptionally cheerful, warm, and attentive. Every morning, she would enthusiastically introduce the day's breakfast specialties and kindly offer us hot beverages to complement our meal. Her genuine hospitality made our mornings even more enjoyable. It's often the little things that leave the biggest impression, and this hotel understands that well. Those thoughtful touches are what make guests feel valued and encourage them to return. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We will certainly be back on our next visit. The most stunning views and rooms. Polite, respectful and friendly staff. Great facilities. The best spa experience. The most beautiful breakfast and food, I can not believe other reviews that said no variety….so much choice and you could order omelettes, eggs royal and salmon and eggs at the counter and coffees made to order. Reasonably priced considering the target audience so it was great that we were able to get the stay at a good price. Great views from Malika Terrace bar and restaurant. Only feedback would be that in some areas such as behind the sushi restaurant were full of litter…. This is just me being fussy though and didn’t affect my opinion of the hotel. Takeaway breakfast boxes disappointing not everyone likes sweet things or cake for breakfast would’ve been better with boiled egg, cereal bar etc. Thanks to. ROONG & KAOPANG.

We had a wonderful stay at Kalima Resort & Spa Phuket and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. The resort is beautifully presented, with stunning views, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to our amazing housekeepers, Lek and S. Lee, who went above and beyond every day to ensure our room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and the genuine care they showed made a real difference to our stay. It was always such a pleasure returning to our room after a day out, and their kindness and hard work certainly didn’t go unnoticed. We would also like to recognise Tony and Ping at reception. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Whether it was answering questions, offering assistance, or simply greeting us with a smile, they consistently provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. It is the people who truly make a great hotel experience, and the team at Kalima certainly did that for us.
