Syam and Navid were very welcoming and hospitable. They made our stay super smooth and enjoyable and were always ready to help us when we needed. The service at the hotel is incredible even for all the staff at the breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They always brought us things we needed and even when busy would remember to bring things for us. Would definitely recommend the hotel. The cleaners on floors 9 and 8, which is where my family stayed always were conversational and welcoming and kept our rooms clean and always gave us extra things when needed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay from start to finish. The hospitality at the front desk was outstanding, and the entire check-in process was smooth and well organized. A special thanks to Mr. Akshay and his team for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help with everything. The hotel's location is excellent—close to all the main attractions and very convenient. The food was delicious, with a great variety and something different to enjoy at every meal. The beach atmosphere was fantastic, and the water sports were exciting and well organized, making the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back again!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others\. The biggest issue was the customer service\. I called Guest Services for almost an hour, and no one answered the phone\. The hotel also has an in\-house chat application for requesting room amenities and services\. I sent messages requesting extra towels and body wash, but no one responded there either. The most disappointing experience happened after check\-in\. My son’s room had a faulty air conditioner, and the room was extremely hot\. I went to Guest Services to ask for assistance\. There was no one being served when I approached the desk\. The moment I mentioned my room number \(316\), before I even had the chance to explain the issue, the staff member interrupted me and said she needed to assist other guests who had just arrived\. As a paying guest myself, I found this treatment disrespectful and unprofessional\. I felt as though my concern was dismissed before it was even heard\. I later spoke with the Guest Services Manager\. While I appreciated the apology, the explanation I received was simply that the staff member might have been tired or having a difficult day\. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that should never affect how guests are treated\. Unfortunately, beyond an apology, no meaningful effort was made to resolve the situation or restore confidence in the service\. What made the experience even more frustrating was that every simple request required going downstairs in person because neither the phone nor the hotel’s chat application received any response\. I have stayed at many hotels that were significantly busier than this one, yet they consistently delivered professional service and took immediate action whenever an issue arose\. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here\. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hotel\. I sincerely hope the management takes guest service more seriously, as responsiveness, professionalism, and respect are just as important as the hotel’s facilities\.

We stayed one night for my wife's birthday, and sadly it didn't live up to what we'd hoped for or what the listing suggests. The biggest thing to know: the photos make it look like the pool and beach are part of the hotel. They aren't. They sit apart and are reached through an underground tunnel that is not air conditioned, so in the August heat with a young child it is a real slog. If you are picturing stepping straight out to the pool, adjust your expectations. Our room was described as an ocean view. In reality the sea was visible through about half of one window, most of the outlook was the neighbouring buildings, and a few of the balconies opposite had broken AC units on them. The half board was a letdown too, sparse at both dinner and breakfast with very little proper protein or salad. On departure day my late checkout request went unanswered, I was left on hold then dropped to voicemail, and room service for ice and help with luggage never really came. To be fair, the birthday cake in the room was a lovely touch and the staff were polite. But when I raised all of this, the hotel declined to put any of it right. For the price, I expected more, and I would not rush back.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi Corniche. It was a great value for money, and the pool and beach were definitely the highlights of our trip — we really enjoyed relaxing and spending time there. The food selection was excellent, with plenty of great options to choose from. The staff were friendly, kind, and very accommodating. Special thanks to Nasrina for the lovely room upgrade and to Syam for being so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a memorable experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
