We had an amazing stay here. The resort is located on the cliff and the view is beautiful and the access to the beach is very easy. (The beach itself is also very nice with soft sand and clear water.) The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was just perfect, but the best part was the friendly staffs and delicious breakfast!! We definitely will come back for the next time.😊✨

Excellent stay! The staff were friendly and professional, the accommodation was great, and the service was outstanding. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options. The only downside was that some bathroom amenities were not replenished automatically and had to be requested separately. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again.

This place was a great getaway from city life, with the fantastic lux hotel villa atmosphere and scenic views. Room was spacious and it was cleaned everyday, and made so returning to the room so amazing. Breakfast was so good with a real international spread. While we could walk to the lobby / swimming area, we opted to take the hotel buggy everywhere. Service was so friendly and warm and motivated! Hotel is also connected to the private beach with quite a few restaurants so it’s all so convenient. The distance to the airport was 15min by cab, so it provided an ease of mind both to and fro the hotel, but was far from Phuket old town, so just went there once. Highly recommend this place for a simple getaway to enjoy the hotel!

We recently stayed at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. As Accor members, we were warmly welcomed by the Accor representative and the hotel manager, Albert, who made us feel incredibly valued throughout our stay. We were upgraded to the Grand Ocean Room, along with early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view of the Andaman Sea. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The spa treatments were also fantastic and added to the overall relaxing experience. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from all the staff — everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Albert personally greeted us every morning to check on how our stay was going, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Phuket. We will definitely be back again!
