Great beachfront hotel with beautiful views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a great variety of both Western and Eastern options. We also enjoyed the pizza and desserts at the Italian restaurant. The only minor downsides were quite a few bugs during outdoor dinners and one missed turndown service. Neither was a big deal, but having the room refreshed after an afternoon at the beach would have been nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum and Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at many luxury properties, and I consider my experience at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach to be truly world-class. In fact, it is hard to believe it is categorized as an "Upper Upscale" brand, as the overall experience easily matches that of a true "Luxury" class property. The resort is well-maintained, offering great views, a quality breakfast, and excellent Italian dining. The service was also notable, particularly from an employee named MAI. I had left a personal item at my previous hotel, and she quickly communicated with the other property to retrieve it for me without any hassle. She handled all my other requests efficiently and professionally. Overall, it is a well-managed hotel with capable staff and solid facilities. I would gladly recommend it.

Room (Grand Deluxe) was well maintained, clean and very comfortable for my 3 night stay. The balcony was clean too (note that the view was limited given that it’s further away from the sea view). Service around the resort was great! The lady receptionist at the morning buffet (16-18 July) remembered my preferred seat and coffee order - which was a sincere gesture given that she attends to many guests each day. The team also provided a surprise check-out gesture during breakfast on my last day. Housekeeping did not pale in comparison. I did not receive housekeeping because I set the DND on for the whole day. This did not stop the housekeeping team from visiting my room in the evening to check if I needed to make up my room. Even though I did not accept their offer, I greatly appreciate their gesture! The transport driver who picked me up from airport was also the same one who dropped me off at boat lagoon after I checked out. He surprised me with English knowledge titbits about Phuket, explained the various fruit trees along the drive out from the hotel. Lastly, service can be improved during check-in and check-out engagement as it felt rushed and impersonal especially since I have an elevated accor membership status. I’m usually not a fan of buffet breakfasts but the options here are geared with wellness boosts, ranging from choice of fruits (different daily) for freshly pressed juice, yakult, chia seed jars, egg white omelette at the live station, fruits, cheese (at least 6 types!). the noodle live station was good too! having the breakfast here for 3 consecutive days did not bore me at all! Last but not least, the machines in the gym were relatively dated and it would be good if the management considers a refresh.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Pullman for one night during our honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Phuket. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and everyone went out of their way to make our honeymoon feel special. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over the sea. We watched an unforgettable sunset before enjoying an incredible steak dinner as the last of the sun disappeared below the horizon. To make the evening even more special, the team surprised us with a beautiful dessert served on a personalised board with our names on it – such a thoughtful touch that we will always remember. One of the biggest surprises was the beach. Just a short walk below the hotel is a gorgeous stretch of golden sand with crystal-clear water. It was peaceful, clean, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. We spent hours there and even came away with a little sunburn because we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast the following morning was absolutely fantastic. The choice was incredible, with something to suit every taste and culture. Whether you wanted a full cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, Asian dishes, or healthier options, there was an amazing selection. It was one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced and catered brilliantly for guests of all ages and backgrounds. The room, facilities, and attention to detail were all excellent, creating the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. Thank you to everyone at Pullman for making part of our honeymoon so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway and can’t wait to return one day.

Everything is so beautiful that we extended our stay by 3 nights. The service is beyond amazing and the property is so beautiful and super well entertained. It is hilly depending on your room but the buggies take and bring you to your room at any time. The breakfast is esquisite, by far the best we had ever had. And so is the food by the main pool. We had many times lunch and dinner at the hotel and the thai food is delicious. Cocktails and smoothies are great. Live music every day, pilates, aquagym and yoga also every day. Most important, one of the pools is adults only with a view on the beach. For those who want to eat outside, there are quite a few restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel.
