Omg....it was amazing....we went all inclusive....the staff were just amazing every morning every afternoon and every evening!!! The girls were just sooooo lovely 😍🌹🌹 and Sam...oh Sam!! He was great ...he was sooo funny on the microphone every morning ...and his singing....he may make the X Factor!!! Really really had a fab time...now for the chefs!! The food was amazing...such a great choice every time!! Perfection!! 🥰 Don't go by reviews the place is great but the only thing was......the pool was freezing!! But we were by the pool everyday!!☀️☀️🌞🌞but thank you so much from the chefs to the waitresses who also worked bar and restaurant...to the accomodation staff!! Everyone was just so friendly and welcoming!!! Thank you ❤️❤️

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Plaza Palmeras in Lanzarote, and we’re already talking about going back! The whole experience was incredibly enjoyable and made for a perfect holiday. Our room was spacious, tidy, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves real credit—our room was maintained daily, always spotless, and restocked with everything we needed. Their attention to detail made a big difference. The food on offer was consistently tasty, with plenty of options at each meal. Whether you’re a picky eater or someone who likes to try a bit of everything, there was always something enjoyable available. My only small gripe is that the dishes could occasionally feel a little similar from day to day, and a touch more variety would have taken it from great to exceptional. Still, the overall quality was very good and we never left a meal disappointed. A special shout-out absolutely has to go to Sam, the entertainer. He brought so much energy, enthusiasm, and positivity every single day. His commitment to keeping guests engaged and smiling made a huge impact on our experience. Sam genuinely raises the atmosphere of the whole place — he definitely deserves a raise! Plaza Palmeras offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday: comfortable rooms, good food, a friendly atmosphere, and top-notch entertainment. We’d definitely stay again without hesitation!

Don't know how people can rate this 3 or more stars, mustn't of been staying in the same place we were. Basic food, cheap drinks in a small plastic cup which you had to pay 1 euro, breakfast food always cold, orange juice from the machine was warm and not chilled,room was very, very basic, cupboard doors hanging off, matress on top of a wooden board, one of the bed legs was not touching the floor had to put a towel under to level off. Bedding only changed once in the 12 nights we stayed,no wifi signal opposite reception where we stayed room 87.even after numerous complaints. Sunbeds were dirty, bird poo on the outside sitting area which was used for over spill from dining room which was not big enough for the hotel if fully occupied. No bar menu, ie no description of any of the bar snacks/drinks and a general lack of information all round. We had a late flight and had to be out of our room by 11am, they cut off our wrist band so we couldn't have lunch unless we paid another 15 euro each, no luggage room, or shower facillities. Entertainment was also crap, disappointed all round, would only rate this 2*. ps cleaners turn up to early in the morning, even with a do not disturb sign on the door they still knock.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing 7-night stay at Hotel Plaza Palmeras. The standout was Sam the entertainer – he works alone but runs fantastic activities like karaoke, quizzes, bingo, water Zumba, cocktail making, and more. He really made us feel welcome and brought the hotel to life. All the staff were excellent – bar staff served quickly with great quality drinks (San Miguel on tap), restaurant staff kept food fresh and the dining area spotless, reception were friendly and helpful, and cleaners did a brilliant job keeping everything immaculate. The location is great, just a 7-minute walk to the main strip (note: a bit of a hill back). Pools are cold and some rooms could do with a little TLC, but for the price we couldn’t fault it. We’d definitely return – especially if Sam is still there!

The room was basic beds were comfortable How ever there was only one mirror which was in the bathroom bathroom door lock was broke and door had gaps all around the frame. The door to the balcony was broke had to push it hard to close it and wouldn't open fully. The cleaners where nice and helpful, and the reception staff where nice and also helpful The restaurant and bar staff where moody and Unpleasant, the entertainer was cringy. The food was disgusting and not alot of choice There was no proper entertainment just a pool table definitely not a 4 star more of a 1 very basic hotel The pool was big and clean and the hotel was clean and the rooms too. Needs updating massively needs a qualified chef and more variety of food In the room needs another mirror in the bedroom along one and bigger cups. Apart from the hotel we had amazing holiday .
