Great room with confy King size bed and all equipments I we needed were there! I appreciated the free minibar for the Deluxe room i booked. Felt good to have a drink after a long day of walk! But the top of this Hotel was the efficient, pro-active and friendly service! Nothing we asked seemed too much for them. We felt very welcomed! Special mention to both Jorge and Enzo at Front desk. Housekeeping service was quite good also! The only downside was the absence of a propre breakfast service. There might be a reason for that but.... They still provided on a first come first served basis some coffee, croissants and bagels but since there was a lot of people coming way too early for that (even slightly before 7AM), it was difficult for us to get some. It didn't bother us anyway since there is so much options for quick and efficient breakfast services outside near thé hotel.

Stayed at Pestana CR7 Times Square last week for two nights on a business trip. Room was spacious for NYC standards, clean, hotel was well maintained and in a brilliant location to access Penn Station and anything around midtown. I have to particularly praise George on the front desk, who was just so friendly, helpful, funny and a huge highlight! He gave me great recommendations for food close by and went above and beyond to help me out. I moved to a different hotel close by after (for the second part of the trip) and the staff were the exact opposite. I wished I hadn’t left! Will definitely book again on our next work trip.

I recently had the most amazing stay at Pestana CR7 Times Square. While the entire staff was wonderful—Rachel truly went above and beyond. Her kind words and exceptional customer service ensured all my accommodation needs were met, and she was helpful in every way. The rooms were remarkably spacious for NYC. And the shower? Best water pressure and temperature I’ve ever experienced. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Times Square. This stay has made it onto my list of favorites, and I will definitely be returning!

After a terrible experience at another hotel, we had to book Pestana CR7 Hotel at the last minute because our flight was cancelled. We weren't expecting much after everything that had happened, but this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel at ease straight away. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Everything was well-maintained, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority here. One thing I really appreciated was that my security deposit was refunded immediately upon checkout, with no delays or hassle. Overall, this turned what started as a stressful trip into a fantastic stay. If I ever return to New York City, this will be the only hotel I'll book. 10/10 – I couldn't recommend it more! (writing this as a Messi fan)

Had a great stay here. The rooms were tidy and well kept. The staff were very friendly. The location is fantastic to go around the midtown area but the street by itself is not super busy which is nice. The gym was well equipped too. Would recommend this place for short stays in nyc. Enzo was super helpful during our stay
