Very happy with our stay here. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Most importantly, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel from parking. Staff was helpful and kind. There were not endless casino's and shopping areas on the way in to the room. We could park and get to our room in under five minutes. This was especially helpful, as we were working hard and very tired. The shower power was out of this world! Legit heaven on earth. Also, great value for dollar. At one point we accidentally touched something from the wet bar and were worried we would be charged. We called the front desk and they confirmed all was well. That is a huge plus given how finicky these Vegas casino's can be. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and left very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is completely non-smoking inside it and the casino areas and you could really tell the difference in air quality between here and other casinos on the strip. The room was a good size, but know going in there is no in room fridge or coffee maker, so plan your snacking and caffeine needs around those two limitations. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtain system is top notch allowing some very easy sleeping in after a day of walking, walking, and more walking. Eatly is hosted here also which accounted for most of our non-reservation based food purchases and the tram to Aria and Belaigio was fantastic and very easy to use. The next time we plan a trip to Vegas, this will be our preferred hotel!

I stayed at Park MGM during a business trip and overall found it to be a beautiful hotel with pleasant staff and a great location on the Strip. The rooms were comfortable, the property was clean, and the atmosphere was professional yet relaxing. That said, there is room for improvement when it comes to accommodations for guests with textured and curly hair. The Las Vegas heat had my curls completely dried out, so thank goodness I packed my own hair products. After co-washing my hair, I spent entirely too much time fighting with a hair dryer that wouldn’t stay on long enough to properly dry my hair. Eventually, I gave up and headed to the pool, figuring the Nevada sun could do what the dryer couldn’t. While I was sitting there drying my curls naturally, I couldn’t help but notice a few curious stares. For the record, you’re smelling, berries, sunshine, and expensive curl products. My advice to my fellow curly-haired sisters: bring your own products and definitely bring your own hair dryer and diffuser. You’ll thank me later. Despite the dryer situation, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. Park MGM is a lovely property; I just hope they consider more inclusive amenities for guests with different hair care needs.

We constantly stay here. The eason we do is it is always very clean. The staff is always pleasant. The pool area is great. The non smoking atmosphere is the topper. The location especially with the tram accessaloows us easy access to most of the strip. The italian food market is also tremendous. We have stayed there 4 times in the last 2 years. We will continue this habit.

I’m a Proud MGM Reward member and love staying between properties when I visit. This year was no different as I arrived from to ring on the new year Vegas style! On numerous occasions, I’ve always enjoyed the smoke free casino environment, lunch and drinks at Eataly, and brunch with the best cocktails at Primrose. This was my first time staying at the Park MGM property. The ease of booking the reservation, the check in reminders for a seamless check in process, and the ease of leveraging the app solidified my experience upon arrival. The room I selected had a view of the strip, a clean aesthetic, proper water temperature, and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this property to a friend and would definitely stay at Park MGM again. The checkout was seamless with the drop box in the lobby for convenience.
