Loved our stay here. Nice and clean resort and casino. The property is non smoking, even the casino. So it doesn't smell. Rooms were nice and clean. And there's plenty of good restaurants in the resort. We mainly ate at Eatly and we loved everything there. From the fresh deli sandwiches to the pasta and pizza. Fantastic! The pools were also very nice. Loved the convenient tram to Aria, crystals shopping,and Bellagio. I'll be staying here every time. Great location. It's across from the Coca-Cola and M&M store with a target and CVS also nearby.

We constantly stay here. The eason we do is it is always very clean. The staff is always pleasant. The pool area is great. The non smoking atmosphere is the topper. The location especially with the tram accessaloows us easy access to most of the strip. The italian food market is also tremendous. We have stayed there 4 times in the last 2 years. We will continue this habit.

I liked the Park MGM. Its a very good middle-ish tier strip hotel. The location is excellent right next to T-Mobile arena. It has plenty of dining options including Eataly and the Crackshack. It is not too fancy but its definitely nice. The rooms are basic. Comfy beds and excellent showers. They have a couple pools which are good. The best part of the whole joint is the Haus of Gaga. She's the best and its worth checking out if you stay at the hotel or are just passing through

Yesenia at the front desk is really friendly and personable! It’s refreshing to get some actual customer service in this city, as Vegas for the most part typically ignores that component of the guest experience as of late. That said, Park MGM has always been great for me, and it’s one of my favorite properties on the strip. Smoke free, cold AC, and great staff like Yesenia.

The check in process was smooth. I downloaded the MGM app which told me when my room would be ready and where it was. I went to a kiosk to pick up 2 card keys and I could use the digital key on the app, as well. Super convenient! The location was great too, next door to NYNY so downstairs from Shake Shack and across the street from a Target. The Eataly was quite pricey for bland pasta. I heard the gelato was good but didn't have a chance to try. Now on to the rooms, it is very bare minimum. I would've loved at least a fridge to store drinks in but nope. A kettle was available upon request, which was handy. I didn't mind as much because we were only staying there for a few nights during EDC. The room overall was clean, or so I thought. To my horror, on the 2nd day of sleeping in the bed, I noticed the top cover of the blanket was stained with old dried blood. After a moment of freaking out, I called down to let the front desk know that I needed my blankets to be changed because of the blood. I understand that situations like this happen but I was more irritated at how nonchalant they reacted. As if it happened all the time and not a big deal. No apologies whatsoever. After 30mins, an attendant finally comes up and just hands us a wool blanket. Not the same one on the bed, a thinner blanket. Worst, they didn't even bother taking the stained blankets away. So we left it in a corner. I would hope that they took situations like this more seriously as it is highly unhygienic and who knows what else was not cleaned. Overall, though I had a bad experience with the hygiene of the room, I did enjoy the bed (comfortable) and the proximity of its location. Just wished I had better customer service as I felt like they didn't care.
