Great location on the heart of the strip, the service was ok for a busy hotel they should make up your room each day but if not just call reception and they will assist. They can offer late checkout subject to availability but at a cost of course. From a rooms perspective they are dated but spacious, the water pressure of the shower can be weak but at least plentiful hot water supply. The casino is good too lots of different machines. Would I stay here again? For the price I think it's good value but if it's your first time to Vegas I'd spend the bit extra and stay at a slightly more modern hotel.

There really wasn't much we didn't love about this hotel! Location is perfect for walking either direction on the strip. Lots of good food choices, staff was great, view was incredible. Inside the rooms, the soundproofing is great. We never heard anyone in the halls, or adjoining rooms. It was peaceful for on the Vegas strip. The bed was comfy, and we loved having a refrigerator in the room we could use. We were on the 37th floor, elevators were quick and clean. We really loved our stay. The only things that made the room 4 stars instead of 5 were the pillows are way to smooshy. At least have a choice of one firm pillow per room. And there's not enough light in the room. There's nowhere bright enough to put makeup on by. And there needs to be more than one drawer for clothes.

My wife and I have been to Las Vegas several times, and we like to stay at a different hotel each trip to see which ones we enjoy the most. We stayed at Planet Hollywood this past week for my 40th birthday. Overall, the location is great—right in the middle of the Strip—and the casino and restaurants were solid. Our room had a nice view, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues, some minor and some more significant. The hot water faucet handle was broken and had to be turned together with the base, which shouldn’t move at all. The faucet itself was also loose and would twist back and forth. The bigger issue was the shower plumbing. Within about 30 seconds of turning the shower on, water would start pooling in the base instead of draining properly, and it took about 5–6 minutes to fully drain before the next person could use it. The housekeeping experience was the most disappointing part of our stay. We arrived late Tuesday night. On Wednesday, we left in the morning and returned later to find the room had not been cleaned or restocked. At the time, we didn’t make a big deal of it since we still had towels. On Thursday, we again left the room in the morning—this time while a housekeeping attendant was actively cleaning the room next to ours. When we returned later that afternoon, our room still hadn’t been touched. No fresh towels, beds not made, and trash starting to pile up. We called housekeeping and were told someone would come by. That evening, we went to dinner and a hockey game. When we returned, no one had come to the room. The next morning, we called again and explained the situation, only to be asked if we had called every day about the issue—which was frustrating, since daily room cleaning should be standard service. They then suggested that we may have had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which was not true. Finally, after returning from the spa later that day, the room was cleaned. In total, for a four-night stay, our room was only cleaned once, and only after multiple calls to housekeeping. While the rest of the hotel experience was decent, the room maintenance issues and lack of housekeeping service were significant enough that we would not choose to stay here again.

We loved pretty much everything about our stay at Planet hollywood! The location cannot be beat, rooms are spacious, quiet and comfy, lots of good food choices. There's an in room fridge, nice toiletries in the shower, and our view from the 37th floor was amazing!! Every staff member we encountered was really friendly & helpful. Took away one star from the room because all the pillows are way too squishy and soft, and the lighting is bad in the room, nowhere bright enough to put your makeup on. Other than that, everything was great

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood and had a great experience overall. I used the $25 trick at check-in and got upgraded to a huge room with a king bed and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view of the Strip. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice—spacious, with a large shower, soaker tub, and double sinks with plenty of counter space. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge, which is always a bonus in Vegas. I visited the spa during my stay and it was lovely. The massage was very good, the spa area itself was clean and relaxing, and they even offered wine with services on Wednesdays, which was a nice touch. The attached Miracle Mile Shops are super convenient and perfect for some shopping, quick eats, and especially the ABC Store, where you can grab affordable snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Dining options in the hotel range from fancy sit-down restaurants to fast food, so there’s something for every mood and budget. All interactions with staff were pleasant and positive. The casino isn’t the most luxurious on the Strip, but it’s a good size with a nice variety of slots and table games. The location is excellent being right in the heart of the Strip, easy to walk to nearby attractions. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or fitness center, but overall, this is a great budget-friendly option for a Vegas stay with solid amenities and a fun atmosphere.
