Excellent location but a very impersonal hotel. Room wasn't cleaned on day 2 at all. On day 3 it was cleaned sometime between 4pm and 7pm. On day 7 I was left with only 1 pillow case. The whole room felt very dated and needs a thorough deep clean. The carpet and curtains were grim in places and the dust was thick behind the curtains. Hair behind the bathroom door and general yuk in the corners. I suspect housekeeping aren't given anything like long enough to do a proper job. No kettle so take your own - 2 coffees (americano and normal cappuccino) from the Starbucks in the lobby came to over $19 Shower was hot but pressure was poor. Plenty of thick towels at least. Only mirror in the bedroom was in the wardrobe and the door swings shut without the aid of the bin to hold it open. Bed was huge and comfy but the base sheet isn't big enough so comes untucked every night and the duvet consists of 2 sheets with a thin thicker layer in-between but not in a duvet case so tangled legs occur repeatedly! When you check in you'll be told the resort fee but be warned that's plus tax!

Great location, fun atmosphere, and the Miracle Mile Shops wrapping around the hotel are super convenient. Rooms have a modern, entertainment-industry theme that's cool without being cheesy. The casino floor has good energy. Strip-view rooms are amazing at night. We saw a residency show here and the venue was perfect. Solid mid-tier option that feels more upscale than the price suggests.

Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Planet Hollywood is one of those hotels that knows how to keep the energy high. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the Strip, and the atmosphere is lively from the moment you step inside. The casino floor is bright and active, and the property has a fun, youthful vibe that makes it easy to enjoy your time there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a modern feel. Many of them offer great views of the Strip, which adds to the experience. The hotel has a good mix of dining options, and the Miracle Mile Shops give you access to a huge variety of stores without ever having to step outside. It is convenient and entertaining all at once. The service is friendly and helpful. The staff moves quickly and does a great job keeping everything organized, even when the hotel is busy. They make check in and check out smooth and are always willing to assist with anything you need. Planet Hollywood is a solid choice for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of the action. It offers comfort, convenience, and a lively atmosphere that makes your stay feel exciting from start to finish.

1-Star Review – $40 Cover & Disappointing Management I came to Blondies in Las Vegas to watch the UFC and boxing fights and was honestly shocked. They charge $40 per person for fight night. Yes, the $40 is technically “all you can drink,” but that only applies to the cheapest beer and lowest-tier tequila available. If you want anything better, you pay extra. And on top of that $40 cover, you still have to buy your food separately. My cousin doesn’t even drink and was still charged the full $40 just to sit and watch. That didn’t sit right with us. The food was underwhelming. I ordered the ribeye steak with rice and broccoli. The broccoli had no butter or flavor. The rice wasn’t seasoned. The steak barely had salt. For what they charge, the quality just doesn’t match the price. Now, I want to be clear about something: our server, Karina, was excellent. I loved her spirit and her energy. She was attentive, professional, and did her job very well despite how busy it was. My issue is with management. Manager Keith came across as dismissive and arrogant when concerns were raised. That attitude, combined with the pricing structure, made the experience feel more about profit than hospitality. Karina was great. Management needs improvement. If you’re coming to Vegas for a fight night and expect value and good hospitality, you may want to consider other options. Raphyal Crawford

We paid specifically for a Strip view room, but when we checked in (we did arrive late), we were given a room on the 8th floor that absolutely did not reflect what we booked and paid for. The view was not what was advertised. At the front desk, we spoke with a staff member named Luis, who told us we would have to pay an additional $100 per night to upgrade. I’m not sure why we would need to pay more when we already booked and paid online for a Strip view. To make matters worse, when I went to take a bath, the tub had noticeable residue in it, which was honestly disgusting and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. At 1 AM, we were moved to another room on the 27th floor, but it was still a Mountain view because they said they were sold out. The front desk agent apologized and told us to come back the next day so they could assign us the Strip view we originally paid for. Both rooms were also missing body wash refills — I had to shower using shampoo. When I called for service, no one showed up. I had to call again to complain, and they finally brought towels but said they were too busy to properly address the room that night. They did provide a credit, but overall the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Between the incorrect room assignment, cleanliness issues, missing amenities, and poor follow-through on service, this stay did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
