We stayed on 51st Floor the air was barely working and there were issues with the toliet. They came and fix the toliet and we still had the same issue barely flushing. On the July 12th the water was shut off from 12am til 5:30am in the morning without prior notice. However, the water didn't come back on until 7am. I went downstairs to the Diamond and Seven Stars registration and the Hotel front desk clerk wasn't friendly he definitely didn't want to change our room after I explained the toliet was barely flushing and the air wasn't working he changed our room. The Pitt Boss and dealers are rude and condensending they didn't log my play time on the table after playing twelve hours straight. I'm very disappointed about my play time and the money I gambled was logged correctly. I asked for them to roll the cameras and verify my play time and there's was no concern to correct the situation. However, the highlight of the trip was Reshon she an excellent host being that my host Kevin never followed up with me after constant e-mails about a concert I wanted to attend Saturday July 11th. Reshon accommodated me and was very nice and professional we were able to attend the concert and we had a blast. Also, the atmosphere and vibe in Planet Hollywood it's definitely fun and hip. Going forward I think I stick to gambling in Atlantic City, Biloxi, and New Orleans my favorite.

Absolutely brilliant hotel and casino. Right in the centre of the main strip next to and opposite some of the best casinos. Easy check in and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. We had an Ultra Hip King room with fountain view on the 37th floor and our view of the Bellagio fountains and the mountains in the distance did not disappoint. Our room and bathroom was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed including an empty fridge which we used for drinks we bought in CVS. The room was cleaned daily. The casino was brilliant and set out perfectly in my opinion. Signage was helpful to find your way around unlike in some other casinos on the strip. We ate in PF Chang’s which was delicious and I recommend. We also ate breakfast in Cafe Hollywood. The food there was good but the service was a little slow. The rideshare area is easy to find and is ideally at the back of the property out of the way of the hustle and bustle. I would absolutely stay at Planet Hollywood again as it was a cheaper choice than other luxury properties but almost as good (just not as high end which was fine for us).

We booked a 4 day stay. Room was clean and comfy. Reservation was for a fountain view and yes, you could see part of the fountains...from the corner of one window. Would recommend NOT paying extra for this type of room. Full disclosure, we didn't make a fuss about it so I don't know if they would have moved us. We had an Amazon package delivered that mysteriously disappeared and staff was less than helpful. Our room key quit working mid visit and again, less than helpful when we called. Ended up waiting in the long check-in line to get a new key. The pool area was great, we rented a cabana for the afternoon. Loved the location and the food room delivery seemed reasonably priced. Pin Up Pizza was fabulous. We had a late check-out for 2pm, super inexpensive compared to everywhere else we've stayed. Overall a good experience though.

My daughter and I went here for brunch at Carmellas. Wow! The food was DELICIOUS. Best garlic bread we've ever had. We sat outside to eat, what a beautiful view. You can see the mountains and the water show at the Bellagio. Great music, great vibe, and great service.

One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to Planet Hollywood is the experience I consistently have at the VIP desk with Steve Anthony. Vegas check-ins can sometimes feel rushed, impersonal, or unclear, especially at massive properties, but Steve is the complete opposite of that experience. From the moment I arrive, he makes me feel genuinely welcomed and valued rather than just processed through a line. He somehow remembers my name even though I only visit a few times a year, and every interaction with him feels authentic and personal. What really stands out is how much attention he pays to details. He clearly explains room views, layout differences, sun-facing vs non-sun-facing rooms, elevator proximity, and overall room atmosphere so there are never surprises when I get upstairs. He has helped me with upgrades, early check-ins, late checkouts, and resolving room issues smoothly and professionally. He’s also gone out of his way to make sure I actually know about Diamond member perks and events that can easily get lost in the shuffle at a huge company like Caesars. That level of care matters. Beyond Steve, I genuinely love Planet Hollywood itself. The property has an energetic atmosphere without feeling overwhelming, the casino has a fun glamorous vibe, Miracle Mile is incredibly convenient, the dining options are great, and some of the fountain views toward Bellagio are amazing. But at the end of the day, hospitality is about how people make you feel, and Steve is a huge reason Planet Hollywood stands out to me among the Caesars properties. He consistently makes the beginning and end of every trip feel smooth, welcoming, and memorable.
