Not child or baby friendly at all. The staff were all super sweet but no mini fridge in the rooms and milk is 6.00. No microwave that we could locate. I understand smoking in the casino but I wish they didn’t allow it in the hallways so we could at least get to our room, and parking and front without smelling it and making my poor baby breathe it in. I did not gamble nor did I plan to. Parking is okay. Most of the valet people were super sweet and kind and just amazing with the baby. But we did have one that demanded a very high tip. Like… I ain’t made of money and we paid ahead of time for it. I still tip just not 100.00 like this isn’t a on the strip hotel. The pool was warm and amazing but the sand was so hot my husband got a burn on the bottom of his feet I’m glad I didn’t put the baby down to play in the sand. I’m glad I held her trying to get her hat on. Because she would have likely needed to go to the er for burns. My husband is having trouble walking and he’s a man with thicker skin than a 1 year old who just started walking. Everything is super expensive and everything is coke products. The hallways were a very good liminal space! I think if you are just adults it would be a good hotel but don’t stay with babies.

I was here for work with limited time. First is the smell of the hotel, is refreshing. It's slick cherry decor and smoke free casino is different that adds to its unique modern decor. Spacious bathroom with decent showerheads & pressure! Complementary breakfast at The Kitchen has a variety from healthy choices to pretty much all you can eat bacon. Don't quote me on that...

Let me tell you!! This hotel is a hidden gem. Great food, rooms and gaming odds! Best of all, their staff is a class act! Best service in vegas! Shout out to Lex, and especially the manager Scott!!! He went WAY above and beyond to help my stay end in complete comfort! My go to casino resort when in vegas!!!

My first time staying at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and overall I would give it 5 stars. The food was GREAT, especially at Kassi Beach House and the 24-hour pizza spot. The night entertainment and live music were amazing, the singers had great voices, and my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks were good, and the room was nicely furnished and clean. First impressions matter, and honestly, I was not expecting the food and entertainment to be that good. The only thing I would mention is that the carpet when you first walk in looked like it needed to be vacuumed or updated. The gambling area was also very dark, and the carpet could definitely use a refresh. Other than that, the entertainment, drinks, food, and beach club were 10/10 amazing!

It was a very nice and comfortable room. I felt it was over delivered on amenities, style, and comfort compared to the price. There were two restaurants. We ate at the breakfast buffet that had great omelets to order. The wife lived how the shower was separate from the dual sinks and even had a sererate makeup mirror with a changing room divider. We grabbed coffee and Chai at the cafe in the mornings. The hotel even had a Dunkin Donuts. The outside area had panto of seating and privacy. Not much excitement in the casino area, but I would definitely recommend this as a just of the strip hotel.
