This was my first time staying at the property. Customer service is top tier special shout outs to Margarita, Ayla, and Lala that helped us during our stay. Hilton made a few changes to honors and Amex cardholders and how you use your rewards for paying but they helped along the way. Just keep asking the desk how to apply the $100 and the $15 per guest to use everyday. Checkout could have gone faster but once I found out Ruby tower and honors members had their own conceirges and check in and out it was less than a few minutes. Our room was a corner suite my Husband didn't care for it due to the long walk from elevator or ice machine although there is a panoramic view of the sphere and parts of strip I couldn't help but looking down at the apartments right behind us which I didn't quite care for so for just 2 days it's okay closed the curtains. They were prompt about fixing our showerhead. Food at Lucia was 4 out 5 it's different, drinks good and strong. Nobu 10/10 stole the show oh and of course no rewards can be used there but it was expected and great service. Casino just play for fun some waitresses could use some tips on being nicer but not end all be all. Overall good location 7/11, CVS, BO jangles and shopping centers next door and you can possibly walk to Strip. Hey Hilton add some robes, house shoes, and other nick backs for your suite's. Celebrating our honeymoon will try again.

The Virgin Hotel is our favorite place to stay every time we come to Las Vegas! We visited over the 4th of July and were lucky enough to have a spectacular view of the fireworks—it made our trip even more memorable. A special shoutout to Adrian at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also spent time at the pool, which was a great way to relax, and the Mexican restaurant's Taco Tuesday special is fantastic. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and it's one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Casino is also great and nice since it's not as crazy or smokey as the strip. Absolutely love this hotel and can't wait for our next visit!

As locals, this is our favorite hotel for a little staycation and a change of scenery. We love coming here whenever we want to relax without leaving town. The rooms are always clean, well-maintained, modern, and beautiful. Everything feels fresh, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. We especially love Kassi Beach, the pizza and pasta are absolutely amazing and always one of the highlights of our stay. Another great perk for locals is the buffet. Being able to enjoy it for just $12 is a fantastic deal. We spend most of the day by the beach and pool area. The only downside is that it can sometimes be difficult to find an available lounge chair, so you may end up sitting in the sun. However, the sand-bottom pool is on another level, it feels amazing and makes the whole experience special. There are also so many families with children here, which creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place, especially for families with kids.

Best location right off the heart of the strip, with an incredible pool, and good restaurants and bars to keep you entertained. Great for people looking for a more relaxed experience and can jump over to the action really quick on strip. That said, service at check in was horrible, including valet and bell men. The front desk was not welcoming, barely communicated, and overall just felt cold. Additionally, they put us in the Opal Tower, which is literally a half mile from the front desk when your room is at the end of the hall. Insane configuration, but tolerable. The casino is mediocre. I did not hear anyone win much on slots the few hours of gambling, but I played table games. The pit bosses were decent, dealers were all pretty bad for the exception of a few, and seems like a pretty disappointing place to work in talking to them. Overall, definitely would stay here again for the location, pool, amenities, and overall value.

Great hotel in a decent location. It's close enough to the strip to not be a pain to get to but just far enough off the strip to not get caught in the strip traffic. Also its close to the airport so that's nice as well. Rooms are great, particularly the Ruby tower. Great shower, good amenities, good room controls. Food options aren't bad either. Some are a little pricey, however that is pretty much custom these days for Vegas to try and squeeze you for your money. If you have Hilton status there are bonus perks and parking is free so that is very nice. Always find myself coming back so must be a good thing!
