Our stay at Paradisus was nothing short of spectacular. The staff are first class, the hotel is first class! Usually when writing a review like this I have one or two little niggles or faults with the hotel but I genuinely haven’t got a single fault to give. The food was fantastic, the à la carte restaurants were so easy to book into with the concierge over WhatsApp (not sure if this is just for the reserve guests) We also never struggled to find something to eat in the buffet either (which coming from a pretty fussy eater is unheard of) No task was ever to much to ask for! We spent some time between both pools, at the main pool there was never a struggle for a sun-bed (infact it felt empty at times with the amount of beds available) The reserve pool is top notch, while it is considerably smaller and there are less beds available, Fiona made this experience feel like absolute luxury providing drinks and snacks poolside throughout! Fiona is a Pina Colada queen! That being said, you could equally have just as great an experience without booking the reserve, the whole hotel is absolutely stunning and pretty much everything is included with the standard booking (other than the reserve pool and the reserve lounge) The rooms were always immaculate, the turndown service in the evening provided a little added sparkle by popping some chocolates on our bed and providing fresh aloe Vera in our bathroom every night! (Which was sorely needed given the weather was so hot) The entertainment in the evenings was good, usually was either a live artist or something for the kids. If the entertainment isn’t for you there are places locally you could go within walking distance of the hotel but we were happy with the atmosphere in the hotel itself! I don’t usually make this sort of remark, but I could return to the paradisus over and over and never get sick of it there! It’s absolutely magical and all the staff make this hotel simply exceptional! We both had the best time and hope to return soon! ❤️

Stayed here for a week with my husband, we had an incredible time. The hotel is perfect, beds were super cosy and the pool and facilities were 10/10. The staff made the trip even more memorable. Everyone was super attentive I’ve honestly don’t remember the last time I received such great service. Monette, one of the hostesses was incredibly sweet, and was there pretty much every day attending to our needs. Annie was another staff member who made us feel so incredibly welcome. For an all inclusive resort, the food was pretty good, I would say 9/10. The breakfast selection had everything you would want, and the restaurants were outstanding. The buffet for lunch and dinner was pretty mediocre but we only went there the first night so that was fine. Big shout out to the lovely kitchen staff who are working incredibly hard to keep everyone fed. Sarah, Marco and Jesus at Mascalzone (the Italian restaurant) are doing a fab job! The only downside was that the line at the pool shack can get really long around 11am-1pm as I guess that’s when everyone starts having their first drink. Sometimes there was only one or two bartenders working there during busy periods. Kudos to them, they tried their best to speed things up. But truly that’s the only negative I could think of. We will definitely be coming back here.

Fabulous Hotel which is enhanced by brilliant staff who care about their work. Excellent rooms, great food. Lots of choice here but I recommend The Winery with the wine pairing. You have to pay extra for this but with Javier and Nico to take you through the evening you are bound to enjoy Vibra bar makes great cocktails btw. Highly recommended

We are still honestly stunned by the quality of our nine-day stay at Paradisus Gran Canaria. We’ve stayed at some resorts before, but this one completely redefined our expectations of what a luxury all-inclusive can feel like. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was just effortless; sophisticated, yet incredibly welcoming. The culinary variety is mind-blowing, and the quality is consistently top-tier. Two spots really stole the show for us: Lemon Fish—you absolutely must try the Peruvian ceviche, it’s a total game-changer—and Peseta, which felt less like a standard dinner and more like a guided culinary journey. We decided to upgrade to the Reserve option, and we can’t recommend it enough. Having that extra layer of exclusivity, especially at the private pool and lounge, made our downtime feel like a true retreat. It was the perfect place to just kick back, enjoy a drink, and really soak in the holiday atmosphere. The service throughout the resort isn't just "good"—it’s phenomenal. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and attentive, but a few people went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A huge thank you to Estefan in entertainment; we never thought we’d be excited for Aquagym, but his positive energy, vibes and motivation were so infectious. He’s an absolute standout and makes sure we all leave with an unforgettable performance at the pool. In the restaurants, Brandon was always so attentive, and Jaime at the Shack quickly became our favorite. If you’re craving the best tacos and Caesar salads, head his way. He keeps the cocktails flowing and the mood light, even on hotter days. The Reserve team really took care of us, too. Stefanie made our breakfasts feel so personalized and really set the tone for our mornings, and Maivelys at the pool was always one step ahead, whether it was checking on sunbed availability or bringing over a quick snack. She made everything feel so easy and lovely., The guest experience was made smooth and welcoming thanks to Sergio, as he was introducing us to the amenities and coordinated with the team all the outside excursions. His recommendations were spot on; our day trips to the banana plantation and the hike to Roque Nublo were true highlights of our trip. Finally, we want to thank Elena at the Front Office for the always friendly and helpful service, making our stay and final checkout seamless and comfortable. Honestly, if you’re looking for a superior experience where everything is taken care of, this is it. We’re already trying to figure out when we can get back! — Paulina and Yannik

I’m coming to the end of my first stay here (definitely not my last, though) in this lovely place where dreams really do come true. I’ve been searching for my place for years. We used to have our favourite one in Mauritius, but ever since I started enjoying solo beach holidays in the summer, I hadn’t found anything that truly felt the same—until now. What stands out the most is the privacy of The Reserve: no crowds, no screaming or crying kids, just peace and relaxation. The destination concierge service is outstanding, and so are all the other perks that are included. It’s absolutely worth the money, and I can’t wait to come back. I’d love to point out a restaurant or a massage therapist. I’m bit scared though. If I do, everything will be taken next year🤣. Although everyone here recommended La Peseta, it just wasn’t my place. It’s excellent, of course, but my heart belongs to Kanna, where I ended up spending far more evenings than anywhere else. Lemonfish wasn’t the best choice for me since I’m not a fan of raw fish. Mascalzone is another great option—even if it may seem a bit odd to visit an Italian restaurant while you’re in Spain! My spa therapist was Made, and I absolutely fell in love with her massages. After my first treatment, I didn’t want anyone else for the rest of my stay. That’s why I can hardly comment on the other therapists, but I’m sure they’re all highly skilled as well.
