Just home from this fabulous hotel. Our room was great, beautifully decorated, overlooking the pool and sea. We liked the gate that took you straight out to the beach. The service was excellent from all the staff, from the lovely ladies who made up our rooms each day, to everyone on reception and in the restaurants. We especially loved the 2 meals we took in the a la carte restaurants, really first class dining. We definitely recommend and will be back.

At the very beginning, we were disappointed that the transfer refused to take our infant. Then, at the hotel, we were denied check-in because the booking had not been paid with a physical card. We believe that in the modern world people use physical cards less and less. We stopped using physical cards after being robbed. There are also no suitable activities for toddlers and no proper play areas. The hotel is not really suitable for children However, overall it was not that bad. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the location is convenient, and the landscape design of the property is excellent.

Me and my family are absolutely delighted with our stay! The hotel is much nicer and prettier than on photos, which almost never happens. And the food, omg, this was an absolute highlight. Also, we were staying during Christmas and every kid (including our toddler) got a present from Santa. The present was a very nice wooden toy, exactly for his age. I 100% recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel with tree pool areas and plenty of sun lounges, the park area is enormous with flowers and palm trees. Friendly personnel, really nice rooms and good food, everything you need. Gated hotel so the only entrance without a key card is through the main entrance. The back gate is only a few meters from the sand at the beach, you will not get much closer to the beach than this. DO NOT MISS TO EXPERIENCE THE SUNRISE DOWN AT THE BEACH! I will come back again!

We had a Lovely Xmas stay. Hotel and grounds immaculate along with our room. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5* is because although the buffet was vast and beautifully presented we found it all to be “warm” instead of hot which is preferable. Location was brilliant, near beach, restaurants and shops.
