Stayed here via jet 2 on a half board basis . The hotel site is awesome and the style, architecture and gardens are lovely and I think the best in the area . The service was good and everything was dealt with professionally. I had a double room with a pool view and it had everything we needed . A little echoing and noisy in the corridors but not to a level I had to complain about . Buffet Food was of a good quality and choice and breakfasts were great . A few bars to choose from and entertainment was decent for time of year. Would definitely stay again .

"Partial" ocean view was mostly trees and far back. Breakfast broccoli looked like it had been overcooked by 30 minutes and had zero flavor. Small amount of salad, tomatoes so unripe I could not eat them. No granola. A porridge that was so watery and 10 minute eggs that looked dangerous to eat because they we so raw. Even 12 minute egg hada very strange texture. I wrote a much longer review including how other guests were also disappointed with food, lack of service, specifically told I could not sit and have my own snacks. Family activities are good like darts and tennis but, needs a better kids club for longer hours. Was just told we have a sister resort with more kids. Josieu is AN AMAZING custumer relations representative who saved us and helped us get a car to go to Tejeda. Needs more than 6 customer relations people for 1000 people. Expect to get lost and be told you can not take your coffee outside and do not dare take a banana from the buffet..lol Staff is trying I suppose but, seem to not be trained that it is a 5 star resort. Where are restaurants. "I dont know" Where is this building? "I dont know" Basically, if you just want to sit by the pool and not have a view of the ocean as you do and you dont mind being treated as if you are at a 3 star resort, than try it. Btw, there is a system that is not allowing medium or bad reviews to be posted. 5 stars..no problem to post..2 stars, problem.

Lopesan Villa del Conde is a beautiful property with a great atmosphere, but the service inconsistency—particularly regarding dining—was disappointing for a resort of this caliber. ​As a celiac traveler, I found the dietary accommodations frustratingly difficult. The food labels lacked clear allergen information. Neither were the staff able to help me. During dinner on January 22nd, there was a stressful incident where staff claimed I hadn't ordered a gluten-free meal, even though I could clearly see my order and room number on their list right in front of them. Some of the service staff here definitely are unfriendly, unhelpful & borderline rude. It felt far from the smooth, hospitable experience you expect here. ​On a positive note, the staff at the swimming pools were very knowledgeable, and the breakfast team did a great job. ​While the resort itself is lovely, I’d recommend skipping the dinner upsell. The restaurants nearby offer much better food quality and hospitality. It was a good stay overall, but the service gaps left me feeling let down.

Stayed here 10/03 - 11/03 2026 (Standard Double room, Terrace, Garden View) A large hotel complex in Maspalomas. The hotel feels grand and breathes a bit of luxury. Perfect for a couple of nights, but if you are looking for a place for one or more weeks of sun vacation, I can highly recommend it. The rating is lowered due to the clutter in the reception. Pros: Clean and fresh in public areas. Spacious room with large patio. Walk-in closet. Small refrigerator (5cm deep) with good cooling. Electric kettle. Well-kept room. Sun loungers on the terrace. 2 outdoor chairs with table on the terrace. Bed firmness 7 (Sinks right through 0 - lies on top of the mattress 10). Cons: Total confusion among the staff at the reception. Check that you get the right room, I was visited in my room by a couple who had been given the wrong room. If you order something from the reception, get it verified. Was promised a breakfast bag as I was flying early and was looking forward to it. Met with the fact that it is not on their list, so no breakfast (Thanks for the chocolate and water). If you have problems walking, be aware that it may be a long distance to your room. Check the area map before booking. No power outlets by the bed. Generally lacking in power outlets in the room. Value for money on the entire stay 7 (Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10).

We have stayed here many times, including in several suites, and the hotel itself is very nice. Unfortunately, today’s checkout experience was extremely disappointing. We were told by a young female receptionist that, due to high occupancy, guests could not remain on the hotel grounds after midday and that no courtesy shower room was available. Apparently, this is a recent policy change — something worth noting for anyone with a late flight or journey when choosing a 5* hotel. What made the situation particularly contradictory was being told there was “no space” for us to stay because there were not enough sunbeds available — yet moments later we were encouraged to buy a day pass or pay extra to remain in the very room we had already checked out of. Read that again. Since It was explained there were no sunbeds available we decided that It was best not to stay in the room and most certainly not a supplementary charge for a day pass. As a result, we left the hotel feeling very much like persona non grata rather than valued returning guests. This has never happened to us before at the Baobab, Costa Meloneras, Hotel Faro, or even the RIU hotels, all of which have handled late departures far more professionally and graciously. I’m sharing this for the benefit of fellow travellers, as the experience left a very sour taste. Sadly, after many otherwise enjoyable stays, we will likely consider other options in future
