We are return visitors to this hotel and it just keeps getting better. The staff are extremely helpful. A special mention to Marta and her team in the Gaudi Restaurant for making every meal a good experience. We stayed on a Privilege basis and found this good value for money especially the use of the Privilege lounge. Every member of staff was pleasant and welcoming and we will be booking again.

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm and professional service made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The pre-arrival communication regarding transfers and arrival information was also excellent and made the entire journey from the airport seamless and stress free. The bar staff were attentive friendly and always provided exceptional service with a smile, creating a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere around the hotel. The à la carte restaurants were outstanding with a fantastic variety of high-quality food and excellent service each evening. Every dining experience felt special and was one of the highlights of my holiday. I particularly was pleased that I upgraded to the all-inclusive privilege level, as it exceeded all my expectations and perfectly met my requirements. The additional benefits, comfort, and overall experience made the upgrade completely worthwhile and added a real touch of luxury to the holiday. Overall, this is a beautiful maintained hotel with exceptional staff and outstanding service throughout. Just come back from 11 nights at H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection, which we booked directly on the H10 Hotels website, which was exceptionally easy. We stayed in a Double Privilege Terrace room, on an all inclusive basis, which was great as this mean't that we didn't need to spend any more money if we didn't want to. We found the hotel was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Also we found the overall majority of staff to be very friendly and approachable. Our room was cleaned every day. Staying on the basis we booked we had access to all restaurants, including speciality restaurants and the Gaudi Restaurant which is Privilege only. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

From the moment you arrive, you’re warmly welcomed and the aesthetics are carefully considered ensuring a comfortable stay. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They go above and beyond to create memorable moments for each guest. The hospitality here is incredible, some of the best we’ve ever experienced, particularly at the Gaudí Restaurant. The food and presentation are meticulous with talented chefs ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. The entire team, including the front of house, is a credit to the hotel. Marta and Adriana, in particular, are wonderful hosts and we have immense respect for their hard work and dedication. Their attention to detail is outstanding and it’s clear why guests return time and time again. It’s truly a special place and we’re already missing it!
