We had a lovely Christmas at the hotel, the staff are amazing, so accommodating and the service from them was just exceptional. They're so kind and lovely with the kids, really put in the effort to have constant activities going, I dont know where they get the energy from but was appreciated. Best service so far from an all inclusive, highly recommend it. The hotel is huge with varieties of pools, whatever your vibe. Food was lovely, great options, the seafood was yummy! Thank you for such a lovely time! Keep up the good work

First stay here Dec 2025 + it won’t be our last! Absolutely LOVED it. Staff are super friendly, best check-in service we’ve EVER had. I emailed the hotel in advance since it was a special birthday we were celebrating + the room we were allocated was ready on arrival + had a FABULOUS view. Highly recommend 6th floor. Food is good with plenty choice. Bar staff are THE BEST - shout out to Jesus 🤩 Credit to the hotel! Entertainment was great too; choice of 2 acts every night. Can’t fault it 😍

The hotel as always was excellent. Very clean. All staff very helpful and welcoming. All the restaurant staff were excellent but Katy was exceptional she always attended to our table every evening and remembered our drinks order each night. She was very friendiy, polite and very good at her job. The food surpassed my expectations as always so much choice. I am a returning cx of this hotel after 5 yrs and was pleased to see some old faces in your team. Fantastic service. I will return. Thank you for a superb holiday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 – Great Family Holiday with Outstanding Entertainment Staff We had a fantastic family holiday here, and the standout highlight was without a doubt the entertainment team. Gema, Adrian, and Victor were the best entertainment staff we’ve ever had on any family holiday. They were absolutely amazing with the children and truly made their experience unforgettable. Our daughters are usually quite shy, but the team went above and beyond to make them feel included, comfortable, and excited each day. Food: The food was good with plenty of variety, and we had no complaints. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small and gets extremely busy at peak times. Facilities: • The family pool is heated, which was a big plus. • The rooms were nice, clean, and well looked after throughout our stay. Accessibility: Our only real issue was with accessibility. We had a double pram that didn’t fit in the lift, meaning we had to carry it up and down the stairs. On arrival, this was especially difficult with two young girls and several suitcases. Location: Lovely area with lots of shops and bars nearby. The walk to the beach is all downhill, so it’s an easy stroll, but the walk back up can be tough—though there is a bus available if needed. Overall: A good hotel in a great location, made truly special by the incredible entertainment staff. Perfect for families looking for a fun and memorable holiday.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am vegan, my daughter is vegetarian and on our first day we were informed that as well as eating from the buffet we could pre order food from the vegetarian and vegan menu they have. Not all places I've stayed at cater well for vegetarians and vegans so we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. The entertainment was good, we watched a music tribute one evening and a magic show another, both entertaining. The half hourly bus to the centre was really useful. The rooms were basic but clean. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
