Amazing hotel! Great for families and those with babies. We were traveling with 2 babies so we were mindful on the resort to book as there were countless in Phuket. Resort is in good location, nearby airport around 30minutes. Room was fantastic, they were renovated, and we had ocean view which was perfect. Service was great, warm and friendly. Food was good too - must try Butter chicken and Green curry plus their Thai coffee. Will come back!

Our stay at SAii was incredible. We are a family of 2 adults and a toddler. Staff are very attentive and friendly, very eager to help. Rooms are clean and tidy. The beach is nice, the sand is very soft. Food at breakfast has a great variety. The hotel also gave us a pack of kids amenities. Last but not the least, they even gave us a toddler step stool, so that the miniature could wash her hands on her own. Some minor suggestions: - the water in the bathroom could be strong. - adding number labels at sun beds or umbrellas make staff easier to deliver food at poolsides.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful, the pools are excellent, and the staff is truly outstanding. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of options. The location is also very convenient — right on the lagoon and near Bout Avenue — but honestly, the hotel itself is so good that you don’t even feel the need to leave. The only thing we regret is that we split our stay between two hotels. SAII was our second hotel, and we truly wish we had stayed there for the entire trip. It is simply fantastic.

The Most Comfortable Stay and One of My Best Trips Ever I had an amazing stay at SAii Laguna Phuket. From the moment I checked in, everything felt warm, peaceful, and very comfortable. The room, the resort atmosphere, and the overall service made it so easy to relax and enjoy every moment of my trip. It was exactly the kind of place I needed for a proper holiday. What made my stay even more special was the staff. Um, Rum, Paii, Jimmie, Ju, Mod, Gabe, and Tida were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay, and that made a big difference. This was honestly one of my best trips, and SAii Laguna Phuket played a huge part in that. The resort is beautiful, but the people there are what make it truly memorable. I felt so comfortable and happy during my stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Phuket. I will absolutely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a family getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
