Truly a luxurious escape in Mauritius! I can highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a serene holiday setting with the highest level of service. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the food is exquisite. During our stay, despite having the option to enjoy à la carte dinners with a redeemable amount, we mainly chose the buffet restaurant, as it was incredible. Every day, the chefs prepare amazing fresh food, including excellent starters, meat, seafood, and sushi selections. In addition, you can enjoy a wide variety of fine desserts and dishes from all around the world. We tried the Guerlain Spa, and it was one of the most superb massage experiences I have ever had. The gym facilities are excellent. Finally, the hotel has its own water sports center where all activities are included (water skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking) at no extra charge - a great perk to stay active during your vacation. As a final remark, I would like to thank our incredible hosts, Ma’in, Karishma, and Mihir. The whole team went above and beyond to make our stay special. We can’t wait to go back one day 🌴

A stay to remember. With beautiful beaches, luxury rooms, excellent food and friendly, helpful staff, your stay will be serene and joyful. Staff attend to your needs around the clock. The resort is peaceful and the surrounding beach and gardens add to the relaxed and one with nature feeling. The resort informs their guests of all events and has entertainment at evening buffet. The spa and fitness centre offers even more in relaxation and self-care. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful views of either the lagoon or beach.

We visited One&Only Le Saint Géran with a group and were absolutely impressed. The hotel itself is very beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. The service is outstanding, and the wonderful, highly motivated staff went above and beyond to fulfill every wish. The food is exceptional and truly stands out in both quality and variety. We were also grateful for the flexibility and the excellent cooperation across all departments, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A hotel that convinces in every aspect – highly recommended. We’ll be back!

The lack of cleanliness and the fact that the room was infested with cockroaches is unacceptable. We informed the staff several times, yet they did not clean the cockroaches from the room, even though the room costs €1,300 per night. After many complaints, the team barely managed to find any solution and certainly did not have the decency to offer any gesture, compensation, or even invite us to one night out of the six nights we stayed at the hotel. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel every single day, and this is how loyalty is rewarded. We asked to speak with the hotel manager, and he didn’t even have the decency to talk to us personally. I am the owner of six hotels, and when I have an incident like this which of course can sometimes happen the very first thing I do is invite the entire stay. I never hesitate. This is basic hospitality. Honestly, it’s disgraceful. Finding other people’s hair in the shower and cockroaches every day is not what anyone expects especially at this price point. And on top of that, nothing was properly resolved. I think it’s very important that people know what they may face when paying €1,300 per night.

We are fairly frequent visitors to this property. We were at one of the new villas, which was absolutely amazing. They have been built to a really high standard and they are a short walk from the resort. I find they offer a lot more privacy than the standard rooms, not to mention the fact that they are much larger than a standard suite. To us they are much better value for our money The food in the property is also very tasty. Breakfast is the highlight. I am surprised they haven't been able to set up a michelin star yet. Their recreational facilities for adults is very very comprehensive from luxury yacht cruises to kayaking to hiking to yoga classes to heli rides to tennis lessons. Simply incredible For all the facilities for adults, the kids club is one department which is surely lacking. There _is_ is a kids club but with unmotivated/distracted/low energy staff in charge of the kids club, very few children's activities, and low amount of proactiveness I think this is one aspect the hotel absolutely to get right if it wants to get to the level of soneva fushis of the world. Having a stimulating kids club is vital for the adults to have a good time.
