Fantastic Property, Pleasant Experience. Scope of Further Improvement. Huge Property with beautiful landscaping having kids zone, Games section, pool, Gym, Spa & many restaurants. Front staff and Concierge team excellent and make every effort to make the guests happy especially Sanjana who took care of our preferences and anniversary/birthday occasions. We stayed in 202, Housekeeping exceptional and done twice in a day. The only let down was their Kangan Restaurant where food is super delicious but waiting time will kill your hunger and spoil your mood. Few other guests also complaining. This is despite taking appointments a day before. Suggestions: 1. In the Kids room they went out for some sand activity and closed the kids room...the guests and kids coming after that were extremely disappointed....Kids room should remain open during its working hours irrespective of any outdoor activity. 2. Indians booked this hotel due to an Indian restaurant in this property. Either they start serving buffet or add some Indian items in the buffet of their main restaurant or they close it till they sort out this long waiting issue of serving food. Also they can learn from their group property Le Meridien for handling this issue. Overall a very pleasing and satisfying experience with few glitches prompting improvement.

The resort is beautifully located, with stunning views over the ocean and a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. One of the most remarkable features of the resort is its breathtaking tropical garden. The grounds are filled with an incredible variety of plants and flowers—more impressive than many botanical or garden centers we have visited. Everywhere you look, there is lush greenery, colorful flowers, and beautiful butterflies, creating a peaceful and almost magical environment. What truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff was genuinely kind, warm, and attentive. Their friendliness and sincere care made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere throughout the resort is calm, relaxing, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the restaurants were excellent, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The Westin Turtle Bay perfectly demonstrates what true hospitality should feel like. If you are looking for peace, nature, beautiful surroundings, and genuinely lovely people, this resort is a perfect choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 A beautiful oasis of tranquility with outstanding hospitality.

This resort is just super beautiful !! The property is large & the location is superb … we booked the banyan suite & I must say it was just super gorgeous & spacious. The view of the ocean from the room balcony was the cherry on the cake. The rooms & all other spaces were always clean & tidy. The breakfast options were to die for. Kangan, their Indian restaurant was serving authentic & tasty North Indian food. Beach grill was extremely good but the best of all was Mystique (pan Asian restaurant). The location, the vibe, the drinks, the food.. all top notch. While each staff at the hotel is very friendly & polite, what could have been better was the response time from guest services. Throughout the 4 days, the guest service response was lazy & not to the point. We had to keep calling & reminding for basic things at times. But overall, everything was great. We would love to visit again. Special mention of few people - Kaushal who initiated our check in, he is very sweet & helpful. Pawan, the manager was extremely helpful & accommodative. Other staff members like Aarti, Manisha, Edrick, and many others (I am unable to recall names) were all helpful, friendly & service oriented. Memories from Westin will be etched in our hearts.

Beautiful, amazing place with the most wonderful staff. Our sommelier Ravi was absolutely fabulous, he organised so many wonderful extras for us, including a beautiful sunset champagne experience. He made us feel so special and really made the experience memorable for our group, we were so impressed with his attention to detail and he even helped us extend our check out. The activities team were also fantastic, along with the cleaning team especially our head cleaner Kavita and our trip manager Kashal who was so attentive with my birthday and my fathers 60th. Thank you to all the staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Mauritius! Mainly for the staff!

I'd agree with some other recent reviews. Staff are great and work hard, but resort in need of some refurbishment. Rooms do feel tired and bathrooms have a musty smell from drains. Moths are an issue in rooms - suggest spraying your luggage when you get home! No beach, but two pools (one family friendly). Restaurants are ok, but you need to book, which is odd as they are ok - not great. Big thumbs up for laundry service. We arrived c. noon, but not able to access room until 3.30pm. Do go over to different areas. Grand Baie was fun, with great food and without inflated resort prices. If you want a romantic dinner/Michelin level food, try the Oberoi.
