Just arrived yesterday from our stay at Maritim Resort and Spa. It is indeed a beautiful resort and a wonderful place to stay. We were a group of 12 and everyone had something good to say about the place. Beautiful beach, rooms and constant maintenance of the property. And yes the mosquitos are around a lot even in winter. Only reason why lost a star in my review is the food. Very bland to an Indian. Seems hotel caters more for the palate of Europeans. They seemed very happy with the spreads and spice level. All inclusive helps keeps us filled with the drinks 😁 Truth is value for money is there. I've stayed at more expensive hotels down the road from Maritim and this was definitely worth it. A special thanks to Manav at the front desk. He went out if his way to make our stay comfortable and always went that little extra make our family trip something special.

We had an exceptional stay at Maritim Balaclava and would like to thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Neha gave us the warmest welcome we have ever received at a hotel. Her friendliness and professionalism immediately made us feel at home. Kishen and Krishna (Porter) also went above and beyond, ensuring our transportation needs were met and making us feel like family rather than guests. Krishna’s positive energy and attentiveness throughout our stay were particularly appreciated. In the Food & Beverage department, Khimesh and Avinash provided outstanding service, always checking on us, recommending drinks, and paying attention to every detail. Their kindness and professionalism made every meal enjoyable. We would also like to thank Nina at the bar for her warm smile, helpful recommendations, and excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and plenty of activities. However, what truly sets Maritim Balaclava apart is its people. The genuine warmth, care, and hospitality shown by the team were unlike anything we have experienced before. None of the staff members mentioned above asked for a review or rating. I discreetly noted their names from their badges because I genuinely wanted to recognize their exceptional service. A perfect 10/10 stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Deeven, Assistant F&B Manager and Mrs. Cherina, Front Office Manager for making our special day truly memorable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care ensured that we had a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued, and we are truly grateful for their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you also goes to Mrs. Vimla and Mr Deeven who made us feel so warm and welcome throughout our lunch. Their kindness, attentiveness, and friendly service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the bar staff for their service and the gentleman at the Front Office who greeted us with such warmth and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the handling of our requests by Mrs. Madhevi (Events Manager) and Mrs.Tirousha . Our experience with the Events Manager was disappointing. Despite several email exchanges and discussions before our visit, the agreed arrangements were not carried out. Based on our experience, we felt that we could not rely on the event management team to follow through on the commitments that had been made. Overall, we had a lovely experience thanks to the dedication and exceptional service provided by the rest of the team. Their hospitality truly made a positive difference, and we appreciate all their efforts.
