We stayed for a week all inclusive at Ole tropical. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central, easy to walk to all amenities. The food was excellent and even though we ate out a couple of times we did not get bored of the food. There was always lots of choice. The pool area was clean and the entertainment staff were very good offering water volleyball to jewellery making to name a few. However, the evening entertainment was questionable. There is a spa on site offering massages and mani pedis. I did not use this service however my friend did and was pleased with this. The only con that I can comment on is the room. Our room even though clean did not have tea and coffee making facilities but you could pay a deposit and have one from reception. The same with the iron and ironing board. This is always something that have been in rooms that I have stayed in previously. The beds were very hard and speaking to other people at the hotel this was something that they all commented on. I lay on my beach towel folded to try and soften the bed. Overall we had a lovely time and would return....if the beds were softer!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. The facilities were good and the location convenient. The entertainment team deserves special praise – they were great, very fun, and created a lovely atmosphere. They really added something special to our holiday.

⭐️ Mixed experience – good value, but clear compromises 🌴🏨 Olé Tropical Tenerife is an economy-class hotel with both pros and cons. It’s fairly spacious and located away from the noisy Veronicas area, which is a plus. There’s limited free parking inside, with additional paid spots, and a bike rental, although the bikes are quite worn. The rooms are in need of renovation and the sound insulation is poor — early mornings were noisy due to delivery trucks. One evening we also encountered a large cockroach, which wasn’t handled very professionally by reception. Food was quite good, with something new for dinner every evening. We stayed on an all-inclusive plan: beer was tasty 🍺, cocktails were average (depending on who made them), and the spirits were extremely low-end — probably the cheapest on the market. Service was inconsistent. One employee truly stood out — Pavel, who deserves a medal 🏅 for his dedication and attitude. Unfortunately, the reception staff felt the least professional, especially when handling issues. Knowing this hotel belongs to the Iberostar group, I expected more. Still, it wasn’t terrible — just important to manage expectations.

Hotel great, no problems, the room is very nice and clean. Food is lovely, hours need to be an hour longer. Too long between Lunch finishing at 2.30 and Evening meal not until 6.30. The self service food outside at the bar is really Not good at all. ( Pigeons need dealing with) Thomas, Diego andManu brilliant with the day time activities. Got everyone involved, all had a great time and everyone made to feel welcome. Overall we are enjoying are 7 night stay(2nd night) ..to be cont ...

Have to say, the staff makes the hotel incredible. Everyone are really friendly, food is nice and lots of choices. Bar staff know your drinks, and before you finished they get you an other straight. Animation team are hilarious! Many activities during the day, they bring people together to have lot of fun. They also have their own comedy show which is a must see, and fantastic. Overall… it’s a very very good hotel, with good location, close to Siam mall, Siam park. We loved it, would happily return again!
