Hotel great, no problems, the room is very nice and clean. Food is lovely, hours need to be an hour longer. Too long between Lunch finishing at 2.30 and Evening meal not until 6.30. The self service food outside at the bar is really Not good at all. ( Pigeons need dealing with) Thomas, Diego andManu brilliant with the day time activities. We booked a 5 night all inclusive break with Jet2Holidays about £650 each a few weeks in advance. The hotel was great - as others mention, the entrance isn’t obvious from where the coach transfer drops you off - go up the hill a little then the entrance is on the right. Despite arriving on time, we were waiting on the transfer coach for 45 minutes before it left the airport and then we were the last stop so another 45 minutes when a taxi would’ve taken 15 minutes. Had I known that I would have taken a taxi as it meant we missed dinner at the restaurant but they provided a sandwich and cake as well as a welcome glass of cava so more a gripe with Jet2Holidays than the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable and quite spacious - it looks like perhaps there used to be an extra bed as there was space for a sofa or table and chairs which would’ve been nice. The beds are single beds pushed together which was fine and the aircon was ok but it did get hot during the night even with the aircon on. We were on the 7th floor which was nice as we didn’t have anyone above us and on the whole it was quiet. The food was fantastic and couldn’t fault that at all so much choice and meats/fish cooked fresh whilst you wait. The drinks selection for all inclusive was also brilliant - lots of choice and tasty cocktails. The entertainment was fun and we barely left the hotel because we had everything we needed for a relaxing all-inclusive break. The pool was nice and clean, not too cold and plenty of sunbeds - there wasn’t a day when there weren’t loads available. Overall a great choice particularly for all inclusive!

Overall I felt the hotel was okay. Very nice reception area with lovely staff who offered us a non-alcoholic drink upon check-in. The room was standard. Although, I did expect more for an adults only hotel or atleast a kettle. Attention to detail in the rooms are needed. Stains on the walls/curtains and bedding after coming back after it had been cleaned so this was a bit off putting for me personally. Toilet was broken upon arrival but to be fair this was addressed and fixed straight away. Beds are hard to sleep on so could do with being upgraded and outside the room could be quite noisy at times. Food is good, can be quite repetitive depending on duration of stay but there's plenty of it and drinks are okay. Location I would say is not desirable as its right next to Veronica's ( if you know, you know) clearly, i din't realise this. The location was quite off putting and felt a bit run down. We will in future be closer to the Golden Mile. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. I'd say if you're a young couple or on a friends holiday, this is an ideal spot for you. I came here with my husband for a couples holiday. I don't feel this hotel delivers the sort of stay we were hoping for.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights mid December. The location is very good but the traffic outside can be a little noisey late at night. That is the only criticism I have. Food - excellent in both quality and choice. Cleanliness - extremely good. Service - excellent. Bar facilities and choice - excellent. Location - ideal as close enough to facilities yet far enough away to avoid any unwanted noise from clubs etc. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Great little trip away with a friend, the minute we walked into the hotel we instantly noticed how clean it was. Every morning you’d see the team cleaning the pool and the reception and dining areas were spotless. The animation team were absolutely fabulous and really knew how to make the days a lot of fun. Shout out Tomas, Denise and Diago! The food was also really good with a huge variety at all meal times. Only main improvement would be the rooms, for a four star I would expect comfier beds and a small coffee station at the least. There was no in room catering options at all, walls were also quite thin you can hear neighbors. Location is close walking distance to the sea front and strip, can get a little noisy at night. Always available sunbeds outside which was great.
