From the moment you walk up into the main entrance of the hotel, you’re greeted with warm smiles by all the staff. Check in was so easy even though we were very early. They provided some refreshments while checking in. our room was not ready yet as we were there at 11am. They took my phone number and messaged me when the room was ready. we went for a walk and a massage while waiting as the hotel is located on the Main Street with many shops and massage places to choose from. When we got back to the hotel, they had our luggage in the room already and also had the place decorated for us as we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Mr Tap was very kind to us everyday. Always greeted us with a warm smile and always came up to us for a quick chat while we waited in the foyer for our taxi to arrive. We initially got a room on the 7th floor as the upgraded room wasn’t available until our 3rd day there which was ok with me. We got upgraded to a pool access room for the remainder of our stay which was perfect. I got the upgrade as I am a gold Accor member. The hotel has a chocolate hour everyday from 3-4pm. We were there about 3 times and it was definitely worth it and so delicious! The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s within walking distance to the shops and the beach is only 10 mins walk in the street in front. Bangla Rd and Junceylon shopping centre is around a 20 min walk down the road as well. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the shopping centre and the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was so soft and comfortable and did I mention how massive the bed is!!!! Definitely worth the 5 stars!!!!

Everything about my stay at the Movenpick was perfection. The people genuinely welcomed me warmly every time I entered and exited the resort. Their attention to detail, desire to serve and make guests comfortable was a highlight and the reason I would return. I must acknowledge Phoebe and Pao who welcomed me so warmly and got me settled in my upgraded room. Bumbim’s contagious smile and Pina Colada’s to die for at the bar were also appreciated, while Kam’s warmth at checkout was so lovely. Add to that my luxurious experience with Oil at the Vida spa means I will definitely return to the Movenpick!

Warmly welcome by check in staff, he upgraded my room to Family Suite with daily complimentary breakfast and 1 night 3-course dinner for Platinum member. The room was large with 2 twin bed and 1 super king bed, 1 large bathroom with showering area and bath tub and 1 small shower bathroom with WC. There is a balcony with the view of swimming pool and it was huge surrounded by blocks of guest rooms with Sino-Portuguese design. All service staff at Atrio restaurant serving breakfast and dinner was very kind with smiling face. Both my wife enjoyed swimming around the pool with some guest rooms with pool access and jacuzzi. The hotel also have Chocolate hour in the afternoon with some snacks for guests.

Had a fantastic stay at Mövenpick Phuket! About an 8-minute walk to the beach, with an excellent and quite large pool. As a Gold member, I received complimentary welcome drinks and a great upgrade to a super spacious family room — over 600 sq ft with two bathrooms! Big thanks to receptionist Miki for the warm and helpful service. The highlight of the trip was the island-hopping tour booked through the hotel (3000 THB per person) — including a visit to stunning Maya Bay and fun water sports activities. I also used the gym, which had a good mix of cardio and weights. I loved everything about this hotel. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely hotel, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff and I liked that it was a bit away from the hustle and bustle but still walking distance from everything important. Excellent buffet breakfast and there is a free chocolate hour in the afternoon everyday if that’s your thing. Thank you to all the lovely staff for their service with a shout out to Tap (the most friendly and attentive doorman), Kam, Boyd, Tiffy and Dhee.
