⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay – The Gold Standard of Hospitality I truly cannot put into words how incredible my family’s stay was at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every detail was flawless. The accommodations were beautiful, every meal was exceptional, and the level of service was unlike anything we’ve experienced anywhere else in the world. What made this stay truly unforgettable, however, was the staff. Kam deserves the highest praise. When I lost my phone, she immediately jumped into action without hesitation. She worked tirelessly to help me track it down, contacted the taxi company, coordinated the entire process, and made sure my phone was safely returned to me. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a positive experience because of her kindness, determination, and genuine care. She also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and things to do around the area. Every time she saw my family, she took the time to check on us and make sure we were enjoying our stay. That level of personal care is incredibly rare. Nana and Honey were absolute gems. They brought so much joy and positive energy every single day. Even when faced with guests who were rude or allowed their children to behave disrespectfully, they never let it affect their professionalism. They continued to smile, remained gracious, and provided exceptional service to everyone around them. Their patience, warmth, and positive attitudes were inspiring. I also want to recognize the incredible bell staff and security team. Unfortunately, I didn’t get everyone’s names, but each of them made us feel safe, welcomed, and valued. They greeted us with genuine smiles, handled our luggage from arrival to departure, and even made sure we crossed the street safely. It was clear that every member of the team took pride in making guests feel cared for. This hotel has mastered the art of hospitality. The staff didn’t just provide excellent service—they created an experience that made us feel like family. That is something money simply cannot buy. To Kam, Nana, Honey, the bell staff, the security team, and everyone who made our stay so memorable: thank you. You turned a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. We will absolutely be back, and we will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know. If you’re looking for a hotel where the people genuinely care about their guests, look no further. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are still enjoying our stay at Mövenpick, and we can already say that this is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. But what really makes this place special is the staff. Every team member we have met has been friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is exceptional, and we truly feel at home here. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay. 😊🏝️🍹

We have stayed 3 nights, 4days and whole trip was amazing apart from the rain of course it's a rainy season here. Hotel starts and especially receptionist named Phoebe and Kam were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet have some good selections and ther are tasty. Room was much bigger with pool side view. Great view through balcony. Room service was also very clean and neat. Especially bathroom was bit bigger which was a plus for us. We've a please stay here. ❣️

I stayed at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket and had a good overall experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day. The location was convenient, with Patong Beach, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance, making it easy to get around and pick up anything you might need. My only criticism is that the hotel's design and decor felt a bit outdated for my personal taste. I tend to prefer more modern hotels, so the style wasn't really my favorite. That said, this is purely a matter of preference and did not affect the quality of my stay. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a clean hotel in a convenient location in Phuket.

I wouldn't recommend this property if you're looking for an authentic Thai cultural experience or Thai hospitality. Although the hotel is architecturally beautifully designed, the service doesn't doesn't offer much of a "I'm in Thailand feeling". The breakfast offering was lackluster with minimal Thai food offerings, as most was catered towards an Indian or Middle Eastern palette. If that's what you're after go for it, but as a tourist in Thailand I would be expecting authentic Thai flavours and that was evidently missing. There was no Thai tea and the other Thai offerings such as Pad Thai and the noodle stations were altered to be veg. As for the service, it didn't feel like I was treated as a valued guest. Everything seemed to be quite under guard - it gave the feeling there might have been quite a bit of theft or inventory loss of items at this hotel. The chair in the lobby also collapsed while I was sitting on it. Accessibility is also a bit of concern. I wouldn't recommend the property if you're travelling with accessible needs. The pool is primarily accessed with stairs, and it's a long detour for a path without them.... and... if you're staying in the main building... you have to walk through the restaurant in your swimwear which can be quite uncomfortable especially during meal hours. However, the rooms and pool are definately lovely. Very well decorated, spacious, and nicely maintained.
