LUX Grand Baie was an absolute amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and polite and they were very attentive to all our needs and requests. The room was very spacious and spotless clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was one of the biggest that we have seen in a hotel room. The view from our room was spectacular looking at the beach which was beautiful with white sand and blue waters. The facilities ranging from the restaurants, the bars, the shop and the spa were exceptional. The highlight though of the hotel was the grand lobby which featured soaring ceilings and great architecture which allowed natural light and ventilation. Overall we will definitely recommend LUX Grand Baie and we would definitely go back.

From the food and beverages to the service and accommodations, everything was exceptional. Lauren, the Head Chef, ensured that every meal was outstanding, and her passion and dedication were evident in every dining experience. The amenities were beautiful, and the spa and gym facilities were particularly impressive. To add, we extended our stay by six extra nights.

Everyone working here is incredibly polite, genuinely kind, and makes you feel so welcome. As honeymooners, we received a few complimentary experiences, including a spa treatment and high tea at Maison LUX*. Both were truly beyond all expectations! The spa is world-class, and the high tea was incredibly luxurious - a huge thank you to Verona, who looked after us and made the high tea experience extra special with the best coffee! A few of our favorite highlights: - Impeccable service: Our beautiful, modern and high tech room room was serviced twice daily, so it was always fresh and perfectly tidy. - Stunning design & rooftop: The resort's architecture is gorgeous, and the rooftop infinity pool (Bisou) offers magical views over the bay. - Fantastic extras: Amazing barista coffee at Café LUX*, wonderful food at their in house Asian restaurant Ai Kisu, a beautiful beach, and top-tier fitness and wellness facilities (including the unique rooftop running track). This is true five star luxury where no detail is overlooked. We are leaving with memories for a lifetime and highly recommend LUX Grand Baie!
