Amazing place. We had such a lovely stay at LUX Belle Mare. Food was absolutely delicious, cocktails so colourful and tasty. Our room was specious and the mini bar was restocked daily. Garden, beach and pool area are stunning, well maintained. And staff is absolutely amazing. EVERYONE - chefs, bartenders, waiting staff, receptionists made us fell very welcome and well looked after. Special thanks to Babita - our room attendant lady who looked after us and our room so well. LUX Belle Mare is all about great atmosphere and chilled vibes!

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The food was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The variety of dishes was simply fantastic. The entire hotel complex is beautifully maintained, and you can truly see how much care, effort, and attention to detail have gone into every aspect of it. The housekeeping service was exceptional. Every morning, the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and prepared perfectly. In the evenings, while we were at dinner, the room was prepared for the night — the bed covers were turned down and the slippers were neatly placed beside the bed. It made us feel completely at home. Elena and Sanam were especially warm and caring, always doing everything possible to make us feel comfortable and at home in our room. Everything was simply perfect, and we would be delighted to come back again.

From the very first day, we felt truly looked after. Our butlers Rao, Benji, and their supervisor Suren went absolutely above and beyond at every turn — anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, always greeting us with warmth and genuine care, and ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. They are a credit to this hotel and to the hospitality profession. A special mention must also go to housekeeping's Rahul, whose attention to detail and friendly, cheerful presence made such a difference each and every day. Walking back to an immaculately presented room was always a joy, and that is entirely down to his dedication and pride in his work. But truly, every single member of the team we encountered throughout our stay was outstanding. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to make guests feel at home was evident in every interaction — from the moment we arrived to our final farewell. The Smith family could not have felt more comfortable, more welcomed, or more cared for. We had an absolutely amazing stay at LUX* Belle Mare. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and everything was perfectly maintained. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — we felt welcome from the first moment until the last. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had.
