We had the most amazing stay at your hotel! The staff were all so helpful and polite. The food was well varied with a theme each night, my daughter is fussy yet she ate better than usual as it accommodated to all. Breakfast was lovely too with the option of fresh omelettes, full English and pancakes, fruits, breads, pasties and cereals. You will not go hungry, the Chinese buffet was also nice! Thank you for making a memorable holiday and we will be returning very soon.

Nice hotel family friendly with lots of activities and pools. Entertainment at night for kids. Good selection buffet available. Great location with short walk to beach and shops. Rooms well spacious and comfortable and good pool view from both side of our room. Give 4 star for service as we arrived late at night with 2 kids and there was no snack offered . We were told if we were hungry to use a restaurant around the corner. No luggage support was offered meaning hauling own luggage around the complex and up 3 flights of stairs. House cleaning each day was very limited to only replacing toilet rolls and towels and make beds. On a whole we enjoyed our stay.

Booked two junior suites for a week in June 2026. Upon arrival was told one of the rooms had been upgraded to a senior suite which was a nice surprise. I think they realised with two toddlers the extra space would be appreciated and it was. Rooms: - The rooms were very well equipped, great air con and space indoors and on the balcony area. Some resorts give you outdoor space to sit and dry some shorts with people walking past you, this not only gave you plenty of seating for six people you also got two washing/drying lines so no problem drying pool towels and swimsuits between days. Also the path for people walking by was at least 8 meters away from out ground floor room. My one gripe was the hardness of the beds, all adult sized people in the two suites had bad backs from day one. Which is a shame as a good sleep is always wanted when on holiday. Location: - Location is good a short walk through the shops to the beach, also close to other places to eat and an aquarium is right behind the hotel, hint do the water park first to get a discount on the aquarium. Water park is a 8 euro taxi ride away and its good for a few hours. Prices and food are ok and even with lots of school kids, the wait times for rides were good. Also plenty of sun beds, we went twice with our free entry included with the hotel and was great for tiring out little ones. Night life is a bit quiet on this side of the island. Shops shut at 9:30pm /10 pm at night, bars slightly later. Entertainment: - Kids club runs from 11am - 12:30pm then a later time I think. Toddlers age 4 upwards, ours enjoyed crafting, watching films and playing about. There is a football pitch, volley ball pitch, gym tennis courts and crazy golf to entertain people. They have a mini disco for the little ones a few nights from 8pm for about an hour. Good for tiring out the little ones and the parents trying to keep them inline, gets a bit hectic. After this the adult entertainment is usually on but again there are often babies/toddlers and young kids about. There is only the one evening venue and nearby is a small arcade area attached to it and 3 pool tables outside under cover which again was taken up with youngsters most of the time. Conclusion: - Overall a good hotel, with plenty of space when we went. We had a good stay but let down due to the hard beds. I would also say their seemed to be a lack of toilets and no changing areas when you are finished in the pool. This was more noticed on leaving day due to having to get clothes out of the suitcase and change in either the shower room if you manage to book it or in toilets. The site has space for a few changing areas near the pool showers and toilets could also be added. I did see a few queues around the toilets at peak times, we opted to go back to our room most of the time but again with babies and toddlers this is not ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful, even telling me what bus to take to go to the big Sunday market. I wont rule out heading back here but I might try a different area of the island.

Carleigh

It’s a lovely big resort with two pools, one is more entertaining than the other. Staff are grand, they kinda leave you to it. It’s handy having a supermarket beside the resort as it’d good for amenities. Rooms are large, I stayed in the jnr suite and the views were lovely! Rooms are clean and big but I had a problem in my bedroom with small ants. They’re unfortunately everywhere. The all inclusive Food was so-so, I have quite a healthy diet, so just stuck with salad, potatoes and chicken/fish. I think breakfast closes a little early (10:30), it should be extended to 11 that half hour does help a lot. The pools are nice, cool but refreshing on a warm day. The resort has a handy bus stop outside that can pretty much help you get around the island without a car. The location is close to the beach and Costa Teguise, which is a very nice tourist zone with lots to do! I’m not sure If I’d come here again, but I’m happy I got to experience it at least once!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the photos on the website truly don’t capture how stunning it looks in real life. It is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily by the friendly staff. The food is very tasty with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel itself is huge and offers breathtaking views. The swimming pools are wonderful as well, although they are not heated, so the water can be quite cold. However, during the season it’s absolutely amazing. The location is excellent – everything is close by, including shops, restaurants, and more than one beach just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to travel to many beautiful places, explore the city, and visit nearby towns. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
