    Our stay at Le Jadis was a mix of wonderful moments and disappointing experiences. The hotel’s location and breathtaking views were absolutely stunning and were the main reason we chose to book Le Jadis. Waking up to such beautiful scenery was truly unforgettable. Unfortunately, the customer service fell far below what we expected from a 5-star hotel. We couldn’t help but feel that, as Mauritian guests, we were not treated with the same level of attention and hospitality as other guests. Every guest should receive the same standard of service regardless of their nationality. The dinner was another major disappointment. The quality and overall experience did not justify the price we paid for a 5-star establishment. To make matters worse, we had to wait more than 30 minutes just for dessert to be served, which was unacceptable. On a positive note, breakfast was exceptional. We would like to sincerely thank the restaurant manager, Mr. Sona, and the waiter, Mr. Julian, for their outstanding professionalism, warm hospitality, and excellent work ethic. They genuinely cared for the guests and made sure everyone was well looked after. Their service was the highlight of our stay and reflected the standard we had expected throughout the hotel. Overall, while the breathtaking views and excellent breakfast service made our stay memorable, the poor customer service and disappointing dinner experience prevented Le Jadis from living up to its 5-star reputation. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all guests are treated equally and that the dining experience better reflects the hotel’s rating.

    This was a beautiful trip and the hotel was amazing, the majority of the staff were so incredibly attentive and always ready to help in whatever way they could. A special shout out to Pranaw and the bar staff for keeping us entertained and all the wonderful wait staff and chefs who always made sure we enjoyed our meals! The room was incredible, the bed was super big and the mini bar was restocked daily with premium snacks and drinks. The beach was very quiet but also calm and the wildlife you can see at this hotel is beautiful, so many birds, crabs, flying fish, dolphins etc The water sports were pretty much all included and they were a lot of fun, my husband tried out sailing a bunch of times and we always felt well taken care of, if we were stuck the beach team would come out on a boat to give us advice. The food was incredible, it really made the trip extra luxurious. The only few things I didn't like were that the maintenance staff were cutting down birds nests that had baby birds inside, keep in mind these are beautiful, small, tropical birds. On my birthday I walked out of our room to see them stood around a baby bird that they had let fall out of its nest and writhe around on the floor, whilst they all laughed. That really upset me and I asked them to at least help it back into a safe place and one man picked it up by its wing and put it in a bush. I would expect the treatment of the wildlife to be 5 star too at a 5 star resort. Also, if you are staying for more than one week the food can become very repetitive, especially if you don't eat meat. I'd really like to see them rotate different menus each week. The pool in our room was never heated for the first week of our stay and we had to repeatedly go to reception and ask them to fix it. But those issues aside, it was a really enjoyable, peaceful stay and I would recommend making use of the spa as the massages were incredible!

    My stay at Le Jadis Beach Resort was absolutely phenomenal! Having traveled to Mauritius several times and stayed at various resorts, I can confidently say that this one stands out by far. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we experienced an unforgettable holiday. The food was simply delicious, with a fantastic selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal was a delight, showcasing the culinary excellence of the resort. What truly made our stay special, however, was the incredible staff. I can't express enough how friendly and accommodating everyone was. Pranaw, the bartender, and Sonah, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch to our experience that we will always cherish. I highly recommend Le Jadis Beach Resort to anyone looking for a remarkable getaway in Mauritius. I can't wait to return!

    Great accommodation, wonderful honeymoon. We had a destination dinner with Manav as the waiter and he was so friendly and made it more enjoyable than we could imagine. He had us standing for photos and laughing with his humor, made us feel so relaxed and at ease. Hotel is in the middle of no where so if you don’t like staying put make sure you have a car:

    We had a wonderful stay at Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The resort feels elegant without being pretentious, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The beachfront setting is beautiful, and the resort offers a calm and private experience away from crowded tourist areas. I especially appreciated the relaxing vibe throughout the property. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, but I would like to especially thank the manager, who was very understanding, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving any concerns. His support and cooperation made a positive difference to our experience. A great choice for travelers looking for tranquility, comfort, and a more intimate luxury experience in Mauritius. Highly recommended.
