What an amazing holiday from start to finish! The food was incredible, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and there was always something to do. The kids club was fantastic and kept the children entertained while we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The entertainment was outstanding every day the evening entertainment was hit and miss. I would like to add a special mention has to go to Himmi, Ana and Alex who were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. Their energy, friendliness and hard work really made our holiday extra special. I never usually go anywhere twice because I love trying new places, but this is one holiday I will definitely be returning to. Thank you for making such wonderful family memories!

We have loved our stay. All the staff work incredibly hard all day. We were landi so enjoyed having the extra perks and the 'exclusive' area next to the quieter pool in 'Landi town'. Mafer was fantastic, really friendly, fun and helpful. We enjoyed the aqua aerobics and my daughter loved getting one of her beautiful tattoos. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Had a brilliant time in Landitown. We went with our two year old and four year old. Lots to do and really recommend the baby club. Mafer was our Landi ambassador, friendly fun and informative. She also ran the water aerobics which were so fun. Lovely to get a little workout along side so much food and drink. We came last year and I think the quality of the food has increased and there are more drink options. Would recommend and we’ll be back next year.

The hotel has been nothing but amazing. We were a big group and they were able to accommodate for us all, making sure rooms where located near each other. It has everything a family could need, from fun activities in the pool to lovely shows in the evenings for all ages! We used the al a carte restaurants a few times and again they were amazing in taking care of such a big group of a wide age range. It's close enough to the beach with only a short walk and has a taxi usually parked outside for anyone wanting to travel to other areas of the island. Overall would recommend the hotel for all families.

This establishment is comfortably a cut above other 4-star hotels I have visited. The service and cleanliness are truly irreproachable, and the main restaurant offers high-quality, diverse, and delicious food. I particularly appreciated the clever, simple initiatives to reduce food waste, which is a rare and welcome effort for an all-inclusive. However, these logistical points definitely need attention. The "wild" reservation of sunbeds with towels is unmanaged, unlike in other hotels of this category. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi is very sluggish, the on-site ATM charges exorbitant fees—reminiscent of Southeast Asia—and several arcade games are dysfunctional, simply swallowing coins. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it.
