Our trip to HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We received such a warm welcome at reception and were the very first guests to experience the new Excellence service, which truly made our stay extra special. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had a lovely sea view, it felt cozy and relaxing to come back to after a day in the sun. The room service and housekeeping were always excellent. As Excellence guests, we had access to a private breakfast area with an A la carte menu and table service. We chose to have breakfast there every day , the food was delicious, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere calm and peaceful and we stayed there way longer then just for the calmness. Our private pool area was quiet and comfortable, with a small minibar available all day. The staff came around several times during the day offering tasty snacks. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was varied and of good quality, and we had a separate area reserved for Excellence guests where the service was always professional. And finally, the rooftop bar was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset, the view was absolutely stunning. We truly loved our stay at HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje. The Excellence service is definitely worth it, and we would love to come back!

We stayed here in July 2025 and have just booked again for December 2025. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are large and modern, and the service is excellent. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, and there doesn't seem to be a culture of rushing down in the morning to reserve beds. We enjoy sleeping in on holiday and would head down to the pool around 11am - never had an issue getting sunbeds, even by the pool, and that was in July. Food at the all-inclusive is great. We've stayed in a lot of Tenerife hotels all-inclusive, and this is by far the best we've come across as a 4-star hotel. Looking forward to returning in a few weeks' time. Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked this holiday for October as it was the cheapest time to go at. We arrived at the hotel with very good customer service and a glass of prosseco on arrival. My birthday was the day after we arrived (30th October) when we came into our room we were gifted with a bottle of prosseco and 2 bits of cake. This hotel is excellent for children as there is children only places and adults only places. The staff go out there way to make everyone feel welcome. Halloween night was amazing for children and adults too they had a party on the champagne roof top bar for adults only it was generally unbelievable. Alessia who was serving the bar all night made sure our glasses weren’t empty and was always looking after the guests, her customer service was amazing. We ending up speaking to the bar manager Fabrifio he was very polite and told us about upcoming work to the hotel we were very impressed for the future as we will definitely be back to this hotel. His professionalism and service was outstanding. The food is honestly amazing and can’t fault a single thing about it. We will definitely be back in the future!!!! Chereen&Kieran in room a240

Just back 4th November. Our stay here from start to finish was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are too a high quality, clean and comfy. The food served in the restaurant was beautiful and wide variety something for everyone. The entertainment staff are great always something to do for the little ones. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely holiday. The room we requested was an accessible room and it was very much tailored to people with disabilities. The pool area (we only used the adult area) was lovely, nice pool (however the sun only shone on the patch between the hours of 1 o’clock and 6 o'clock). The food could’ve been better. I have been to hotels in the past with various cuisines and this hotel didn’t necessarily do that. On our final day, we weren’t picked up until 5 o’clock so needed an extension on the room due to our brothers disability. This was allowed until 3 o’clock however we were charged. The gym was minimal although the adverts (even in the hotel) showed a fancy gym setup. This could be improved! Overall good experience with a minor amount of niggles.
