We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. It is evident that great attention has been paid to every detail, from the service to the overall facilities. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable and well taken care of from the very beginning. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention for its extensive and varied selection, offering something for every taste. The beach service was also excellent, and we would particularly like to highlight Arshad, whose attentive, friendly, and professional service contributed greatly to our positive experience. Overall, this hotel stands out for its high quality, excellent service, and pleasant atmosphere. We would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful experience at the Lazy Breakfast (Japanese) with pool access at Khalidiya Palace Abu Dhabi. Everything from the food to the ambience was absolutely fantastic and made for a truly relaxing and memorable day. A very special thank you to the amazing team members Sanjil and Asmitha, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, special and genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. Huge appreciation as well for Chef Mahesh, whose incredible knowledge of Japanese cuisine made the experience even more enjoyable. He thoughtfully walked us through each dish, explaining what was being served, which added such a personal and educational touch to the breakfast. The service didn’t stop at just great food, the staff even surprised us with fun games later on, making the whole experience feel thoughtful, engaging and unique. An excellent concept, outstanding hospitality and a perfect way to enjoy a leisurely day with delicious food and pool access. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located near the presidential palace, which is within walking distance. The hotel has beach access and a huge pool area. However, the room was not up to the standard of a good five-star hotel; it was very old-fashioned. There were waiting times in the lobby during check-in and check-out, not very long, but out of six seats at the reception, only one or two were occupied. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. I would only recommend/book this hotel again if it is significantly cheaper than the other 5-Star-hotels in the area.

Thank you to the house keeping staff, always professional and hospitable. The security guards always helpful and respectful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families. The swimming pool area was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, offering a perfect place to relax and have fun. The private beach was beautiful, and the inflatable water attractions on the sea were an absolute highlight — great fun for both children and adults. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. The service was incredibly kind, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant team for the delicious gluten-free meals prepared for our child, who has a very demanding diet. The food was not only safe but also varied, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared, which gave us great peace of mind. The waiters and restaurant staff deserve special praise. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, always paying attention to details and dietary requirements. The service in the beach bar was equally excellent — relaxed, efficient, and cheerful, creating a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying drinks and snacks by the sea. We also felt very safe at all times thanks to the highly attentive and professional lifeguards, who were constantly watching over both the pool and the sea area. Their awareness and dedication allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our holiday. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, combining comfort, safety, great food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return.
