We are a family of 4 with two small kids and stayed in this hotel from 16.02.2026 until 24.02.2026 and we couldn't be more happy with our stay. Every staff member we interacted with (at reception, lobby, car valet area, pool, cleaning service, massage) during our stay was friendly, polite and did everything to meet our needs. There is also a small shop near the hotel where we could buy snacks and supplies and saved a lot of money in the end because prices were reasonable and not trying to exploit busy tourist area. The area around the hotel is great too, you can check out extraordinary Emirates Palace hotel located nearby or go for a long walk to Corniche street. On a separate note, I would also recommend trying out massage service, it was amazing experience.

The hotel hosts many people (especially Russian families) and is quite large. We stayed as a couple for 6 nights. The staff is very friendly, and helps out with any question or need one might have. We booked a room with a balcony with view on the sea and the presidential palace, which was absolutely worth the add-on. I guess we were lucky to have a top floor room, with open air above our balcony and the best view possible. The kitchenette didnt have any equipment. We didnt use it, maybe if you really want to use it, they'll provide equipment on request. We booked this hotel because of the sun orientation, and it does provide sun all day long (in contrast to the neighboring hotels that face shadows at some point during the day, also from our hotel building). Coming from a different type of hotel in Dubai, we needed a bit of a mind shift when coming here. The buffet style restaurant gives a bit of a 3 star hotel vibe, and especially the traffic light signs in the elevators indicating that for breakfast until 8.30h no queues are to be expected but afterwards one should calculate some waiting time, contribute to that. However, our early rise on the first day for breakfast and claiming a sun bed at the pool/beach proved to be unnecessary, so we were more relaxed on the following days. The hotel has a spa with nice massages, a large gym with all equipment one needs, and large pool and beach. At the beach you can rent a jetski or 'ferrari' boat. The beach bar serves nice smoothies and hotdogs right at your sunbed. It is very convenient to have a deposit on your room on the first day, so that you dont have to pay separately at every occasion. If you like a hotel with a beach vibe, with a nice pool and lovely green garden, and are fine with families around, this is a very nice option.

Great stay, hotel and staff. Hotel and room was always of highest cleaning standards. Very good food including its variety snd quality. Beds are really comfortable. Very well maintained and beautiful garden space and beach. Really nice swimming pool and fitness centre including squash. In terms of Staff I would like to express my apreciation towards Alemnesh and Haymanat (room cleaning), Luis (reception), Arshad (beach services), however I have to say all hotel team was great, thank you!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the very begining the service was nothing less than amazing. All staff are friendly and exceptionally accommodating. Our room was amazing, we stayed in a family room with a balcony on the 18th floor. The view was amazing, room was huge and maliciously clean. Beds are very comfortable and all the amenities are great. Housekeeping do an amazing job and are very accommodating to your schedule. Concierge staff are very friendly and helpful. We were running late to go to the airport and they organized a taxi for us big enough to accommodate for our family and all our luggage in 2mins. On-site restaurants offer an amazing cuisine. The pool and private beach are very clean and well organized, there is also a kids playground.
