My personal opinion , this is one of best resort I have ever been in phuket. Huge Impressive and appreciate the hotel employee (every one!) we were overwhelmed by their friendliness. And thanks to Mr. Pingpong for his great hospitality. hotel Ambient is stunning, very well maintain large green lawn with lot of coconut trees by the kata noi beach (an exceptional environment, hardly find) the hotel cover large area ( 5xx rooms) but still feel cozy and sabai. Sabai ! Comfortable Room, large size, (we were in triple room ) well facility, with iron and ironing board, room silence (good sound protection door), controllable airconditioning and sparkling clean. Rich Breakfast with plenty choices , delicious, nutritious and high-quality. Breakfast restaurant located by the bech view. We will definitely come back!

We received a great recommendation for the adults-only hotel in the same chain, so we expected the same level here. Unfortunately, it’s nowhere near 5 stars – more like 4 at best. The hotel is very outdated, breakfast is terrible: lots of flies, dirty, oily, and nothing is fresh. The pastries are bad and everything smells like old oil. Because the hotel is so big and understaffed, service is extremely slow. The only beautiful area is the sea-view rooms. Also note that the hotel is more isolated than it seems, so nearby restaurants are more expensive and not very good. I would skip it next time.

An amazing resort with endless pools and outstanding restaurants. Facilities kept in great condition. Food was off the charts good - we had full board and actually couldn’t believe the quality and quantity of the food. Particular stand out was the Chom Talay dinner buffet with ability to order outstanding dishes. We had such an amazing time - kids enjoyed the games room, playing on the beach and swimming in all the pools. The service and staff are exceptional - lots of unsung heroes maintaining the grounds and facilities, driving the buggies, giving massages, cleaning rooms etc. The resort is huge with so many onsite restaurants - we tried almost all of them. Loved the ability to do our own laundry. Some things to consider - about 1.5 hours from the airport - expensive to get transport to go anywhere and quite far eg $30 AUD to go to Phuket town - only a few shops and restaurants outside of the resort - our room was damp and musty but otherwise great for 2 adults and 3 kids (extra bed free of charge which was so appreciated) - kids club is very basic and only for small kids - we weren’t able to use it as our kids refused Overall we had the absolute best holiday and will come back for sure.

Good hotel , great staff and brilliant service. Multiple restaurants offering different food options. Tend to get busy but Multiple pools manage the crowd well. Check in/checkout and lobby experience needs improvement. Road between the wings needs a bridge for safety and convenient crossing on rainy days.

A perfect spot for a family vacation - the resort is huge and beautifully maintained. Our Grand Deluxe room was spacious and perfect for my family of 4. The hotel staff were so lovely. The fitness center in Bhuri wing was well equipped and clean. The beach pool with the waterslides was a winner for all of us and possibly the prettiest pool I have ever swam in.
