⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable 10 days! Best family vacation ever!We visited Neverland as a family of 7 (my wife, myself, and our 5 children all under 12, with the youngest being 1). Since no single room could fit us during booking, we requested two apartments close together at check-in. The front desk went completely above and beyond—instead of just giving us adjacent rooms, they upgraded us to a massive two-room suite (7305) because they felt a big family should stay together.This set the tone for an incredible 10 days. Every single department filled our family with joy.Mohammed Sadiq (Alfredo Restaurant): He made us feel like absolute VIPs! He remembered the kids' favorite drinks, made them laugh constantly, and even had our 1-year-old giving him high-fives. The service was unreal and made every breakfast, lunch, and dinner memorable.Abdul (Our Housekeeper): Truly the best! Every day after our swims, we were blown away by his creative towel art. We walked in to find elephants on the bed, monkeys hanging from the ceiling, and even a "towel man" dressed in my oversized t-shirt, Nike hat, Oakley glasses, holding the remote to watch TV! He kept the room spotless, stocked us with sodas, and even left pool floaties and beach balls for the kids.Mr. Achmed & Team (Zum Kaiser Restaurant): We were treated like royalty here. The dedication of the staff is amazing—they actually teach themselves languages like Dutch, French, Russian, and Polish just to greet guests in their native tongue.A huge thank you to the front desk, servers, lifeguards, and everyone behind the scenes. Excellent location, check in was a breeze. Arrived late took passport and directed us to somewhere to eat. After you are given your room you are taken on a golf cart to your room. Rooms are great we stayed in block I. Very spacious. Our pool boys Mohamed and Mahmoud were excellent 👌👍 plenty to do loads of water slides and plenty to keep the kids occupied. Food was excellent, tried a few restaurants our favorites were colonies and le Marche. Neverland show was excellent too. Took the shuttle bus to the beach a few days which is nice and relaxing. Would definitely go back again

We had a wonderful stay at Jungle Aqua Park Hurghada! We are a family of four, and we were extremely happy with our holiday from start to finish. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would like to thank everyone working in the restaurants, bars, around the pools, and the housekeeping team for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They always made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes every day, so everyone in our family could always find something they enjoyed. The hotel is perfect for families, and the water park and pools provided endless fun for both the children and the adults. Everything was clean, well organized, and created a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We highly recommend Jungle Aqua Park Hurghada and would be happy to come back again!

The staff generally treated foreign guests better than locals, likely because they expected larger tips. This wasn't true for every staff member, but it seemed to be the case for the majority. Some staff were actually friendlier to locals than foreigners. The aqua park was enjoyable overall, but some slides, such as the King Cobra, had very long wait times considering the length of the ride. Midway was one of the highlights of the resort. It offered complimentary bicycles to ride and had a small amusement park, which made it a fun place to spend time. We stayed in two bungalows. In one of them, the air conditioning was only partially working, and although the staff came several times to fix it, the issue was never fully resolved. The biggest problem, however, was that my brother has insulin that must be kept refrigerated. Unfortunately, the mini refrigerators in both bungalows were not working, which was a serious inconvenience. The food in the restaurants was good overall, but I think it could use some improvement to make the dining experience even better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Jungle Aqua Park Hurghada! The hotel is huge, beautifully maintained, and despite its size, it never felt crowded. There are endless entertainment activities throughout the day and night, making every moment enjoyable for both adults and children. The aqua park is absolutely fantastic—very large, with a huge variety of slides and pools suitable for all ages. In the evening, the amusement park adds even more fun and creates a wonderful atmosphere for families. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety every day. Everything was clean and well organized, and the chefs did an excellent job providing high-quality meals with plenty of options. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Medhat, the Guest Relations Manager. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is happy and satisfied. His kindness and dedication truly made our stay even more special. We stayed in Room 6046, and everything was comfortable and well prepared. I highly recommend Jungle Aqua Park to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!
