honestly this hotel deserves every bit of 10/10. The rooms were extremely spacious, very clean and so comfortable. We had such a beautiful view from our balcony , waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the sand is so soft. The pool area is fantastic especially for kids, lots of space for them to play, plus the kids club was amazing. From arrival to leaving everything was smooth, warm and genuinely 5 star hospitality. Breakfast and food overall was exceptional ,high quality, huge variety and very well presented. Every single person who works there is so kind and so welcoming , it really stands out compared to many other hotels this level. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman on reception (I’m really sorry I can’t remember the name exactly but I think it was Boba). Special thanks to Chandi, Sabik and Ravi — they were so attentive and truly made our stay memorable. We also appreciated: • sustainability focus (water refill stations + no single use plastic . • very relaxing calm atmosphere especially at night • easy access to get taxis instantly • housekeeping was extremely fast & consistent daily We will definitely come back again. This hotel is perfect for couples, families and honestly anyone who wants a peaceful, luxury beach holiday in UAE. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is perfectly taken care of, making it a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We especially enjoyed dining at the Tean restaurant. It was a fantastic dinner with outstanding service from Hossam, who truly made the evening special. His warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail were exceptional. He even made sure our moussaka included potatoes, just the way we are used to at home. The hotel is incredibly fortunate to have such amazing staff like Hossam

It is an amazing experience in Abu Dhabi! Nice hotel, large rooms, tasty food, fantastic views and wonderful beach. The kids club is so good and the kids enjoyed their time in it. The resort unfortunately is over priced during our visit, however, we enjoyed our stay.

Hello, dear hotel. We were very pleased with the hotel. I'd like to especially mention the butler, Mr. Ziya. He was very kind and attentive! We really appreciate his help and would be happy to return. No one else could have helped, as both the hotel and the concierges and other staff contacted me in advance. Average, at best. Definitely not value for money. And you’re paying for the location, not the service. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite. The room was well designed and decently cleaned in arrival. Over the five days, the room was serviced once as the timings never aligned, even though we were out for hours at a time. The room service took on average 45mins which meant the fries were cold by time of arrival. It took just as much time to get an ice bucket, so come prepared to wait. The breakfast is weak with no a la carte offerings and lacks daily rotation. Also a heads up, the property offers a babysitting service… it’s an opportunity for staff to pick up extra shifts at 80/hr - and the lack of training is not disclosed when booking. The average room rate rivals that of the Four Seasons in the Seychelles, and by comparison is a 3 star trying to be a 5 star.
