We stayed from 19–25 Dec 2025, and it was genuinely one of the best family stays we’ve ever had — especially with a 6-month-old baby. We booked the King Classic Pool View (41 sqm with balcony) and everything was spot-on from the moment we arrived. The service is incredibly fast and consistently kind — you feel it everywhere, like the staff actually enjoy taking care of guests. Breakfast deserves a special mention: the variety is huge, with multiple cuisines and excellent quality every day. It never felt “hotel standard” — it felt special. The resort is also perfect for families. The kids club had activities (even if your baby is too young for most of them, the family-friendly atmosphere really shows), and the beach was clean and well-managed, with towels available all day and lifeguards present — which gave us real peace of mind. The whole property is beautiful: trees and greenery everywhere, very calm, and everything is maintained immaculately. Housekeeping and amenities were super clean, and the buggy cars were available all day, making it very easy to move around with a stroller and baby gear. One small personal highlight: Pui, a waitress at Pinto restaurant, was absolutely wonderful — she not only took great care of our table, she also made our baby daughter laugh and smile every time. That kind of warmth is unforgettable. Location-wise, it’s in Kamala, so it’s far from Old Town and Patong — but for us that was a big advantage. We wanted quiet, chill, and family-focused, and that’s exactly what we got. 10/10 — we’ll be back next year for sure.

This place is absolutely perfect. We came for the gastronomic Sunday Brunch with free-flow champagne, wine, and live music. The staff are friendly, and the food is amazing—one of the best brunches we’ve had. The presentation is beautiful and everything tastes delicious. It’s also very family-friendly. Our toddler loved the kids’ area, where the staff kept them entertained with games and painting while we enjoyed our meal. The swimming pool is stunning, facing the beach with a lovely bar on the side. Definitely a 5-star experience and a beautiful property in Kamala, Phuket.

⸻ We had the absolute pleasure of spending several afternoons at 333 Bar at the InterContinental Phuket Resort, including their Christmas brunch, and every visit was exceptional. The setting is simply stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that create the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and luxurious experience. The Christmas brunch was a real highlight — the food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and complemented by fantastic entertainment that added to the festive atmosphere. What truly made our experience memorable, though, was the service. Fha and the entire team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly looked after from start to finish. An amazing venue with beautiful views, fantastic food, great entertainment, and impeccable service. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at the InterContinental Phuket for ten days as a family group aged 2–80 and loved it overall. We had 3 Club Pool View rooms and 1 Ocean View, all beautiful and spotless. Honey was amazing – our concierge throughout the stay – she went above and beyond for everything. The Japanese restaurant was disappointing, but Soi, the lovely manager from Pinto, handled it perfectly and turned things around. The location is ideal, the Club Lounge team wonderful, and the spa and massages outstanding. We’d just love more food options at the beach, extra seating when it rains, and better cocktails (minus the giant icebergs from the North Pool!) Added bonus: Café del Mar next door – perfect sushi by day and a fun nightclub vibe by night. A beautiful resort with genuinely caring staff — we’d happily return!

I wanted to take time to write a strong review of the Intercontinental Phuket Resort by IHG, especially after staff took careful consideration and efforts to make our stay both luxurious and cozy. They greet you with warm smiles and offer a drink at reception, and Deuce was most kind to go over our stay and the resort’s amenities — which all lived up to the expectation. The gym (OPEN 24 HOURS) was spotless and updated, and maintained well by staff. We got massages and facials with Sati Spa onsite and I truly am glowing still days later, they don’t make you feel rushed at all and really listen to your needs as a client. Every morning the breakfast was rotated so we could try something new and despite it being a buffet, you can see that dishes were being swapped out constantly for fresh food. Please try their additional vegetarian menu if you can as well! Staff was just so conversational and kind, and honestly they were funny! They had warm personalities outside of customer service that made us feel so welcome that we were actually sad upon check out. Special shout out to Sa and Zeus and all other staff for being so sweet in my birthday, my room was decorated so carefully and I got a little personalized card during birthday breakfast. Also if you’re worried about not being beachfront, don’t be! They have a beautiful, mural-decorated tunnel going from the lobby to the beach. We were so grateful!
