I recently stayed at the InterContinental Phuket Resort during an overnight stop in Phuket and was extremely impressed. The property is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and feels much more upscale than many resorts in the area. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Frankie from the management team made check-in effortless and took the time to explain the resort and its amenities, which was greatly appreciated. As an IHG Platinum Elite and InterContinental Ambassador member, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and featured a private veranda with a plunge pool that made the stay even more enjoyable. While the beach, infinity pool, and some accommodations are located across the street from the main building, the resort provides golf cart service and a convenient underground tunnel, making access easy and seamless. The beachfront setting is stunning, the atmosphere is refined and relaxing, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was especially impressive and among the best resort breakfasts I have experienced. What stood out most was the balance of luxury, service, and value. This is not a party resort, but rather an upscale retreat that delivers a true five-star experience without feeling pretentious. I would absolutely return and would highly recommend InterContinental Phuket Resort to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Phuket.

Our family of 4 had a superb time in and out of our villa. Butler Kevin was attentive and easily reached on WhatsApp. He took care of our reservations. Dinner at Jarras was however underwhelming. Breakfasts were delightful! Must have the noodles and mini baguettes. The team under Khun Uao in Pinto consistently gave tip top service. Overall an awesome stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Oceanside part and were very impressed not only with the rooms (which were fantastic!) but more importantly with the quality of service. It’s clear that this resort values great, go above and beyond service. In particular Marn at the Pine poolside and Yoomai at Pinto for dinner. But where this resort shines is the breakfast buffet. Of note we had Sa and Pui taking care of us every day. But had multiple amazing interactions with Ann, Kwan, Bow, Yui, Nan, Tao , Benz and Ball. The buffet (which we normally don’t do) was a particular highlight for us.

This was my third stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort, and everything was as wonderful as ever. When I arrived, I checked in with Khun Deuse, and everything went smoothly. He clearly explained all the benefits and provided useful information about the resort. I would also like to thank Khun Dew, Resort Assistant Manager, for taking care of me since my previous stay and continuing to do so this time. Your support and attention made this stay even more enjoyable. The Club InterContinental team was excellent as always. Khun Napa always greeted me with a warm smile, while Khun Honey, Khun Best, and Khun Sofia regularly checked on me and made sure everything was going well. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel truly welcome. I would also like to thank another female staff member at Pine Beach Bar, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. She remembered the wine I enjoyed during my last stay and even recommended a new wine for me to try this time. A special thank you to the Housekeeping team for keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The crab-shaped towel decoration waiting for me on the bed was beautiful and very cute. Thank you once again to the entire InterContinental Phuket Resort team for making this stay so warm and memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and will definitely return again in the future. ❤️

No complaints at all !!! We've been to Phuket 3 times before this and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. Location is beautiful and at a reasonable distance from all the noise of Patong. The beach access is easy and beautiful. The buggy service is convenient and on time. The staff are helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone without being overwhelming and the quality and taste is great. The staff at the restraunt, Pui and Sa were very helpful, freindly and nice. Making sure we got everything wanted. I highly recommend this hotel!!
