We had an amazing 5 day stay at the InterContinental Phuket. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We were upgraded to an ocean front room and the service was exceptional. A special shout out to Joe at the poolside restaurant, who truly made our trip unforgettable; he looked after us every day, always checked in, and made us feel like VIP guests. The buffet breakfast was standard but had plenty of variety, lunch and dinner were consistently delicious, and the spa massage with steam sauna was one of the best we’ve ever had. The pools were spacious, the beach chairs were always available, and the room was spotless, very private, and comfortable with good water pressure and daily fresh fruit platters. The hotel also made our anniversary feel incredibly special with a personal welcome note, flowers, dessert, and champagne in our room. We were impressed at every level and can’t wait to return.

The two Michelin star awarded best luxury resort in Phuket for the first time visit. We have stayed at here for honeymoon stay here and there is no reason to return for celebrating wedding anniversary in the future because the all of the service was impeccable and personalised from pre-arrival moment by dedicated concierge team. When emailing to them about using public areas of hotel for wedding photo shooting, they kindly said, enjoy your memorable moments. So, we could take beautiful photos, which will be the lasting memories for us. Please tell my compliment to Chief concierge Buay san, Concierge supervisor Q san. For F&B, Pingto staff Ms. Dear is the best waiter during my stay as she genuinely took care of us when breakfast time with her professional recommendation for local spots and cuisines. And also, 333 at the beach, Ms. Best kindly explained me about Nicolas Champagne limited promotion. The story telling will be most important for InterContinental Hotels to curate guest experiences. As same as resort activity staff Mr. Top, and manager Ms. Tan was so kind. Also, as a new platinum ambassador member, they offered me late check out till 4pm, although same room type is not available, but we could enjoy another room view. I stayed here for our honeymoon. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. I had planned to take wedding photos at a nearby beach, but the hotel staff kindly allowed us to take them on the hotel grounds instead. Everywhere was so beautiful that I ended up taking almost all of our photos within the hotel grounds and hardly any on the beach! lol.The activities team Mrs.Top was very friendly, and I had a great time. Meditation is a great way to refresh yourself. Feeling the sand between your toes, listening to the sound of the waves, and taking deep breaths – it was so refreshing to have this mindful time after being tired from our first long trip abroad. I felt the hospitality of the concierge and all the staff, and it was a heartwarming and happy honeymoon. Thank you so much.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was absolutely magical! We had Club Access, which made the experience perfect. We were welcomed with a drink and enjoyed breakfast in the Club Lounge, followed by afternoon tea at 2 PM and complimentary snacks and drinks after 5 PM. We truly felt like royalty here. All the staff were kind and courteous, with a special shout-out to Honey, our butler. She was amazing—always available to help via WhatsApp, no matter the time. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, and the pools are serene and classy (though a bit of background music might enhance the vibe). Breakfast was fantastic with so many options, and the team went above and beyond to make everything just right. The only downside was the beach area—it had quite a bit of garbage. I also noticed an area nearby where some wastewater may have flowing into the ocean nearby. Hopefully, the resort and local authorities can work together to address this. Overall, I loved my stay here and can’t wait to come back someday!

We stayed at the InterContinental Phuket for ten days as a family group aged 2–80 and loved it overall. We had 3 Club Pool View rooms and 1 Ocean View, all beautiful and spotless. Honey was amazing – our concierge throughout the stay – she went above and beyond for everything. The Japanese restaurant was disappointing, but Soi, the lovely manager from Pinto, handled it perfectly and turned things around. The location is ideal, the Club Lounge team wonderful, and the spa and massages outstanding. We’d just love more food options at the beach, extra seating when it rains, and better cocktails (minus the giant icebergs from the North Pool!) Added bonus: Café del Mar next door – perfect sushi by day and a fun nightclub vibe by night. A beautiful resort with genuinely caring staff — we’d happily return!
