We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team greeted us with a warm welcome. Franky made our check-in process smooth and effortless. He explained all the hotel facilities clearly and was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with lovely anniversary decorations, which made our stay even more special. Although the hotel was quite busy during our stay, we completely understood that the restaurant, bar, and breakfast areas were hectic. Even so, the team maintained excellent service, and everything from the welcome drink to the food, was prepared with care. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future.

Just had 3D2N vacation at Intercontinental phuket to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. They were kind to give me a room upgrade to a suite by the beach for our special occasion and prepared welcome gifts . The room was spacious, cosy and the bathtub was one of the biggest I ever sat in! Food at pinto restaurant and pine beach bar was chef kiss. Their hospitality is just as amazing, I would like to specially mention Honey for taking good care of me over the past few days as a lounge member and I had a fun yoga experience with Mam from the activities team. I would definitely return to intercontinental for my next trip to phuket. Thanks for the wonderful holiday!

We received wonderful care from the staff throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the front desk(lobby) by Pun, an upbeat and energetic young man who handled our check-in both professionally and efficiently, making the entire process an absolute breeze. He was extremely friendly, went above and beyond to provide a great deal of assistance, and personally escorted us to our villa. Whenever we had a request, he addressed it clearly, and he maintained the exact same warm, professional attitude when assisting us with check-out. Our lounge butler, Sun, whenever we asked for his assistance during our stay, he fulfilled our requests at lightning speed and shared wonderful insights about the hotel's scenic spots and local attractions. He helped and cared for us just like a close friend. Finding staff who can resolve customer requests so quickly and professionally in Thailand is rare, and we feel so lucky to have met them. On clear days, you can catch breathtaking sunsets—I am sharing this view with you all, and I hope you get to experience it in person. The One-Bedroom Villa is spacious and features a 4.6-meter private swimming pool. Swimming in your own private villa is a truly special experience, offering both privacy and tranquility. Housekeeping were fast and efficient, truly living up to five-star hotel standards.

Beautiful experience at the InterContinental Phuket Resort. The whole experience from checkin to checkout was wonderful. It started excellent with a warm welcome from Franky, the manager of the resort. We were introduced to our butler Kevin, who was outstanding throughout our entire stay. He was extremely helpful and tended to All of our needs. The food was delicious, especially in the club lounge breakfast and the pine bar. The club lounge is excellent, with a great high tea offering, and cocktails and canapes in the evening. I highly recommend booking a room with club lounge access. There are plenty of pools all over the resort to use. The beach one is especially nice with good vibes and the pine bar food is tasty! I can't wait for our next stay at the InterContinental Phuket! Thanks again to Kevin for making our stay memorable.
