Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá was a great stay. The location is excellent, right by the pier and port, which made it convenient and scenic. As an Amex Platinum guest, we received an upgrade that included a balcony, which was a nice touch and made the stay feel even more special. The hotel also offers a complimentary Audi SUV for guests to use, which is a fantastic perk, although unfortunately it was already booked during our stay. The service was also excellent. Pedro, who works the morning to afternoon shift, was especially helpful and always available whenever we had questions or needed guidance. His hospitality really added to the experience. Overall, great location, strong service, nice amenities, and a very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, we stayed for 4 nights. Pool was great, staff were superb and friendly. Nice location, just opposite the marina which was good for an evening stroll. Rooms were clean and ours over looked the pool and marina. We will return!

Good amenities with breakfast and drinks. Nice view of the harbour from the rooms and breakfast deck. Staff are so lovely! Decor is dated and needs rejuvenation/spruce up. Round the pool feels heartless with no vibes. They do have hairdrye , straighteners and a steamer! They provide pool towels. There is not a shower cap in the bathroom - a small touch that has been overlooked. 30 minute walk into town along the harbour.

Just got back from an incredible short stay at the Hotel Victoria Gran Melia. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely professional and attentive, creating a friendly, welcoming and personal atmosphere throughout our entire stay. An extra special mention to Pedro and Olimpia who seemed to go the extra mile to make our stay extremely special. Our room was incredible, large, clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the marina and cathedral, an extremely comfy bed and all the amenities we could wish for. The food in the restaurant provided some of the best evening meals we had ever eaten, this could have easily been a Michelin star restaurant, offering beautifully presented local dishes that tasted amazing coupled with excellent friendly service, portions were typically large and worth every euro! The offerings for breakfast were out of this world with the largest selection on offer that we had ever seen, from a freshly cooked full English, to cereals, a huge continental selection of meats, fish, cheese and pastries, again all beautifully presented and extremely delicious, there was so much to offer it would have taken over a week to try everything! We highly recommend paying the extra for the red level service the hotel offers: this provided a continuous supply of additional delicious food and drink including alcohol throughout every day which paid for itself very quickly and added an extra special feeling to our stay. Thanks to all the staff at Hotel Victoria Gran Melia for giving us one of the best holidays we have ever had! This is truly one of the best holidays we have ever been on and is completely unforgettable! We will return! Xx

Very nice hotel with super friendly and welcoming staff. They are genuinely kids-friendly, which we really appreciated as a family. The hotel has a slightly older feel, but renovations are currently underway. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center. There’s no dedicated kids or toddler play area, but overall we had a pleasant stay.
