Highly recommend! Chose based on close location to Richard Rodgers theater for Hamilton, good reviews, and reasonable price for NYC. Hotel was very busy but we had no problems checking in or getting elevators (make sure to put in your room key to select floor going up). All staff was friendly and helpful. One king bed room for two friends was not huge but big enough (normal size for NYC). The bed was very comfortable. We were on the 15th floor on the 8th Ave side, so there was some noise but not terrible. I would ask for in inside room next time for less street noise. The temperature was easily adjustable. There was some rattling of a vent when the air first kicked on, but not bad. Shower temperature and pressure (waterfall head) were good, with all showering amenities provided. The frosted glass wall in-between the bathroom and bedroom was opaque enough that it was not a problem for a non-romantic partner. Buffet: huge seating area to handle a lot of people, and the biggest and nicest breakfast buffet I've ever seen! The first day we ate in the main room, but the second morning we were in the bar which was smaller and more quiet but with the same massive spread of every food imaginable. We did not use the bag check or gym. We asked to waive the facility fee because we were not using any of the included services, but were told $27 of the $33 fee went to pay city tax. Would definitely stay again!

We liked the location of the hotel because it was very close to Times Square but just enough out of the hustle and bustle. Plenty of places to eat locally without going into the really busy areas. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was on the 28th floor so we had some amazing views of the city. It was very clean and the beds were really comfy. We found there was a lot of noise from the lifts until at least midnight but that was because our room was on the end. The hotel is very busy all the time. Breakfast was good with something for everyone, again, very busy so expect to queue at busy times. We would definitely stay here again were we to go to New York

Great location, just outside Time Square so not in the middle of the madness. Close to subway and literally on restaurant row with loads of choice. Hotel restaurant/bar handy for a drink after a long day walking. Hotel is very clean. Small queues for breakfast table if not in early enough but this is communicated and even if you arrive down for breakfast at peak hours it moves quickly. Staff brilliant and very friendly across all departments indeed we found the New yorkers really helpful and courteous. Rooms are as you expect in a big city, snug but perfectly fine, we managed no problem as a couple with two teenagers. We would 100% recommend this hotel without hesitation.

First visit to New York and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. George looked after us when we arrived at Reception, very polite and helpful like all the staff members on Reception. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. The staff were very efficient and made sure things ran smoothly. The staff overall were great. Really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They do happy hour in the bar between 4:30pm to 7pm daily and the bar and waiting staff are friendly and helpful. Room on the 25th floor was clean and spacious with a brilliant shower. The cleaners were very pleasant and do a great job cleaning the rooms and changing the beds. Location is great. What a brilliant hotel.

Great Hotel, it has a perfect location to explore uptown and downtown. Staff were great from reception to bellstaff. Had one instant with a rude lady whom was bartender. Guess she was having a bad day. Overall service from dining to laundry to general atmosphere is perfect. Rooms are cleaned daily to great standard. Our room 1406 was ideal. I notice others commented on breakfast can be busy, it was dealt with so well by ample staff, in a City that never sleeps with large volumes of guests that are fueling up for a day in the Big Apple the breakfast is just perfect. I will be returning.
