Lovely hotel, amazing (mostly friendly) staff. But, in 40 years of being a tourist in Spain, I have never had to wear a closed shoe for dinner. Sadly, the other dining room rules are not enforced. Totally inequaitable, and not well highlighted on the Jet2 website for something so major. The food was very hit and miss. Heard from various other holiday makers here that the food has deteriorated since their last visit. The quality of the food was very average considering this is a 4* hotel. The variety was also questionable at times. We were all inclusive, and frankly, I have eaten better in cheaper hotels in Spain. Big thank you's go to Omar in the Bar, Omar in the Restaurant, all of the housekeeping staff as the place is really lovely and clean and well looked after.

Some waiters in the restaurant have a very bad attitude and make people feel uncomfortable. One person threw the receipt directly on my tableware when he gave me the receipt of drink for two consecutive days, and his attitude was extremely arrogant. There is also a waiter, he only gave me one when I asked for a few grilled shrimps every time. When I asked for a few more, he was also extremely reluctant. This greatly discounted my entire vacation experience. I don't think these untrained waiters should appear in this hotel that should have made people happy.

Stayed from 15th Jan 2026 for 10 days all inclusive. Our room was on 6th floor and sea view. Rooms have been renovated and are comfortable. Hairdryer not very easy to use, towel rail too high for me to reach at 5ft 4. Rooms clean. After staying here in 2019 before the new management takeover when the food and drinks were exceptional we returned for my husbands birthday treat. Food presently not very nice or tasty. Most days the choice is the same as the previous day. One day l had french bread and butter for my lunch and tea time the only thing acceptable. No choice. Chicken on the grill was only available on two occasions, so unless you like pork no other options. We had to eat out most evenings. Drinks, wine not a nice wine in the restaurant. Only local spirits currently offered on AI option. You can only get served two drinks per couple. With a queue at the bar every evening. Not a good experience. Not worth booking the AI option. Restaurants locally very good.Entertainment some good some bad. I was very disappointed on this visit compared to the hotel last time, nothing as good. This was a special birthday present for my husband. Will not visit again. Yours disappointed.

After being here a couple of years ago we decided to come back again to celebrate 3 birthdays ( 3 couples ) after a few days its looking like its been a mistake. After 2 days, 3 of our party started with sickness and diarrhoea (not drink related ) they all spent atleast 1 full day in bed. We reported it to reception and just got told to wash hands and use the tongs to get food ! We are in our 60's not teens, so yes we where doing that. The lady was clearly reciting from a company policy memo. They are also now doing building work in the restaurant part. They have taken away 3 food stations and boarded an area off. In the 4 days we have been here, the lunch and dinner selection has, on quite a few times been cold. The outside pool area has been "painted" in some sort of non slip paint, which in alot of areas has started peeling off. Some areas have been barriered off but quit a few more are not and if you are unsteady on your feet they are a bad trip hazard. We where excited about returning but unfortunately its not been great. It was a 4* hotel (and deserved) but now 3* for food and hotel condition. This is just our opinion.

Hi , I spent seven days at the hotel. I'll start with the positives: the meals were truly excellent, as were the waiters. The drinks and brand-name alcohol (all inclusive). Now for the negatives. I emailed twice about my early arrival and asked if my room could be prepared. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30. I was told it wasn't ready. I mentioned that I had warned them... I had to wait until 2:30, and right before my eyes, the reception desk handed out keys to 13 families, including people who hadn't booked. I should add that the hotel's occupancy rate was probably 50%. Attractions like table tennis were a joke. The table is outside and has a metal fence. Mini golf was a disaster. The only good tennis court.
