A classy resort which is clean & spacious with pools for all ages. All staff are helpful & friendly. Many food options at every meal for all tastes. I am gluten intolerant & the chefs were happy to advise me what was safe for me. Our room was big, with a large balcony overlooking the pool area & aircon kept us cool. All inclusive with free drinks, cool room & good food in a lovely environment we will return soon. Thank you for a great holiday.

We visit Tenerife regularly and this is were we stay! We have visited other hotels on the island and honestly this place is not only great value for money and in the best location if your looking for a quiet part of Adeji but It's perfectly placed for walking into town, To he girls on receptions are always at our beck and call for anything we need and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our rooms are spacious and are kept spotless and our children loved Jóse and now Ernesto from the ents team who always have time for them. This hotel doesn't have Broadway shows every night and doesn't serve Michelin quality food... But that doesn't take from the wonderful experience here! Breakfast is fresh hot and tasty everyday and themed dinner nights keep things different! Our children are pretty simple eaters so are catered for pretty well. We have been back 6 time and our 7th trip is booked.... Don't trust all the reviews check it out for yourself 😊

Stayed here for a week with my family. Room was fine except the air con was brilliant in only 1 room and terrible elsewhere, this is not four star hotel. Breakfast was really good and freshly made omelettes were a winner. However, the snack bar a bit bland and lunch and dinner were mostly the same bland food every day. Weird pasta sauce and same kinds of pasta each night, chips, rice and some meats. Beware the meat as it is not always what it says for example I had chicken rice but it was pork. Also for example says onion rings but actually calamari. If you have allergies beware as it is really not clear at all. Does not say what food actually is a lot of the time just says varied pastries and themed nights are not actually themed at all. Pools are fine but very shallow at some points so don't think you can swim in them you can't. It is up quite a steep hill from the beach and further than it claims to be. Not a 4 star hotel. Just a word of warning about food too as birds fly in and eat the food but staff do not notice or really mind it, we always took food from the bottom of the dishes. Also the staff in the eating areas are very efficient or potentially too efficient!

Though this hotel's golden era passed, a gentle touch would be sufficient to gain some easy points. Plus: Lot's of nice and helpful staff, good connection and placement but it depends what you need. Minus: 40% deep-fried oily food, frozen pizza, poor quality ice cream, poor quality snacks, cheapest papaja, CANNED pineapple and peaches (??? we're in Canarias!), broken room safe, unoperational hairdryer, old broken umbrellas and lounges at the pool, elevator not working and no water in rooms in 4* hotel (at midnight arrival it would be more than enough to have at least filtered water in open-space, but it was 2,5€ at reception ;) ). ...and hotel WiFi is a joke!!! Nothing to add - clean and generally ok but those minuses......I expect more even from 3* hotels .

We have had a brilliant experience. Events and activities were really inclusive and staff were lovely. we had a problem with taxis on our last full day trying to get to a boat trip early but a lovely receptionist called Eleanor managed to call the boat company and get us on a different boat rather than us wasting money and missing out. A big thank you to her and she was incredibly empathetic towards our situation as it wasn’t our fault. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for families :)
