One of the best aspects of our stay at the hotel was the food provided for our daughter. From day one, Chef Guillaume made special arrangements to prepare meals tailored specifically to her preferences for our entire stay. Her vegetables were cooked exactly the way she likes them, along with other suitable dishes. This made a huge difference for us—when traveling with a toddler, it’s such a relief not to rely solely on pasta or pizza. All the hotel staff were wonderful. In particular, Kapeel at the bar stood out for his pleasant conversations and excellent recommendations. A special mention goes to James, the outlet manager. He and his team went above and beyond with their attentiveness, consistently delivering exceptional service and genuine kindness. They always made dishes we love. They truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home while providing outstanding hospitality. Kids club staff very kind and perfect with the their program for the kids. We stayed at Hilton resorts a lot, but this destination was one of the best.

This gem of a Hilton Resort awaits you with a warm welcome from the reception, concierge and guest relations desk. The first impression is the most important one. I had a wonderful sea view room, the interior was modern and the room was spotless clean. The facilities were wonderful, lots of space to lay down in the tropical garden and beach areas, the beach was bright and nice, the adults-only pool area lovely and quiet. I also like to mention the Spa which is a wonderful place to relax. The massage was fantastic. The resort felt like a family to me. You feel the spirit and the wonderful team work, all the staff were very attentive and friendly. Thanks to everybody who made my stay in paradise memorable and thanks to the wonderful General Manager Lady: Eva, who takes good care of every single guest. A special thank you to Suhailah, serving me gin and tonic in the smartest apron I have ever spotted. Vicky for serving a lovely bottle of 2023 Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc on christmas eve, Cunden who took care, received the best quality breakfast so I always had a great start into my day. Gucci from the pool bar who made sure I didn't run out of sparkling water. Thank you for hosting me during the Christmas time. I will definitely visit again in if my travels brings me to Mauritius🌴

Positives • Very clean room, with well-sealed doors and no issues with insects or lizards. This attention to cleanliness is highly reassuring. • Housekeeping service twice a day, which is a real comfort and adds value to the stay. • Excellent breakfast: well-organized buffet with good variety and quality. • Consistently friendly and polite staff. Negatives • Le Coquillage restaurant is significantly overpriced compared to portion sizes and overall experience. • Weekend grill buffet (~€50 / 2,500 MUR per person) offers very basic grilled items and a limited, non-varied salad selection, which does not justify the price—especially when compared to nearby hotels offering far richer buffets for less. • The “seafood platter” is misleading: portions are closer to a small starter than a platter, yet priced around €70. • Pizza does not meet basic standards (undercooked dough, poorly prepared seafood). Credit to the staff for acknowledging this and not charging it. . Poor coordination between the kitchen and service team leads to delays, putting staff in uncomfortable situations and negatively affecting the dining experience. • Daytime fumigation carried out directly in front of rooms and swimming pools is inappropriate and concerning, as it involves chemical products in guest areas.

We spent a week at this hotel, and it was a very pleasant time. The hotel really takes good care of its guests. The staff are smiling and extremely helpful. The entire hotel area and its facilities meet even the highest expectations. Upon arrival, the staff take care of you with great attention to detail — you’re welcomed with the sound of a large gong, and while you sit back comfortably enjoying your welcome drink, the staff handle the check-in formalities right at your table and deliver your luggage directly to your room. There’s also a beautiful beach, and the sunbeds and beach towels are already included in the price. In addition, there’s a selection of water sports available for guests — we went paddleboarding (SUP), and we really enjoyed it. There’s also a large parking area on the hotel grounds, so there’s no problem parking a rented car. The hotel features several restaurants where the food is very enjoyable. The singing birds around the property add a lovely touch to the atmosphere. Another special highlight is the fire ritual, which takes place every day at 6:45 PM on the hotel grounds — it makes a truly strong impression. It’s a place where you can truly relax and recharge your energy.
