One of the best hotels in Goa in my opinion. Food choices are excellent. Staff absolutely courteous and helpful. Room has vintage vibes but is luxurious. Got a double balcony room with pool and river views respectively. Even tried their women's day brunch which was good. Breakfast was good too. It is not far from Candolim beach if you have a vehicle with you. Panjim too is not that far with a vehicle

It was a special occasion and the hotel had ensured the room was appropriately decorated. The housekeeping staff (especially Abhijit and his team) were outstanding. The location is on a hill and relatively isolated. Transport to and from this hotel is difficult - you need a personal vehicle. Or have to hire one from the hotel. From the main gate to the reception is also a steep incline, and not recommended to walk for seniors. One more reason to need wheeled Transport to access and exit the hotel. Senior guests and those with ambulatory problems are advised to seek and ensure they get rooms which are accessible with a max of 3-6 steps. Other rooms pose challenges and are accessible by ramps or longer stairways. Pools too are at different levels and to be accessed via stairs or ramps. Being aware of these features and personal constraints, we were asked for and were given suitable rooms. Views from the rooms are good - you can see the Nerul river in the valley. The balconies are provided with comfortable lounging sofas and recliners. A suggestion here to the management : please consider equipping the showering area in the rooms with grab rails as a safety measure. The room we stayed in was well appointed and comfortable. Housekeeping was top-notch. Chaitanya from the Concierge did an excellent job arranging our sightseeing, shopping, and local dining experience. He understood our interests and needs well and instructed the driver of the taxi accordingly. Great job. Special mentions to Sneha from Guest relations, Chavvi, Mehbuba who took special care of us and were always available to guide and address our needs. Sneha, in particular, was like a family member. And just as warm. Truly great service. Breakfast buffet service was good - wide selection and many options and seemed to be very popular with the guests. We preferred the outdoor seating at Saipe rather than the air-conditioned interior. Buffet dinners tend to be relatively quiet and less patronized. Local musicians provide live music - popular Bollywood tunes and some local "Goanese"flavor. The dinner selection was a mixed bag - average on one night, good on another and excellent on the third night. These are, of course, personal views. Internet connectivity was spotty - even on the hotel's WiFi. Airtel connectivity isn't great either. The location on the hill and the way the rooms are designed could be contributory factors. If you are looking for a quiet getaway at a location with good views and not too keen on a beach location, this hotel could be the place to stay.

I recently visited this property and celebrated my son's 5th birthday. I absolutely love the property as they are located very near to candolim beach and the market place is also nearby. The pool, casino, ambience, staff, breakfast everything was great. Only thing for which i didn't gave 5 star is that in house kids activity were all paid and not free and they should also organise some evening in house activites for adults as well.

The location of the property is brilliant. It is in the north of Goa where it is very vibrant and happening, at the same time it has its own privacy. Brilliant wide and large corridors with the restaurant having a super view of the hills. The rooms are very spacious and all in all it is a must to stay here on a Goan visit. We will definitely come back. A huge shout out to Chavvi (hope I’ve gotten her name right) who was at the reception and helped us in the wee hours of the night with getting medicines as my wife and me fell sick. She ensured to send someone to get the right medicines for us at 2 AM that really helped us feel better. Staff such as her are the ones who give a lasting impression of the hotel years after your visit.

Absolutely love the hospitality. The staff is super courteous and the property is Absolutely stunning. They took special care of my toddler. This was our first vacation with our toddler and they made sure everything was perfect. The breakfast is also one of the best I've had. Only issue we faced was the lack of lifts/elevators so climbing stairs gave us extra cardio sessions during our stay.
