We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at H10 Lanzarote Gardens and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Our son has multiple allergies, and the way the team handled everything was simply outstanding. Maria and Pablo were incredible — so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel completely at ease, ensuring our son was safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The chefs went above and beyond too, taking the time to talk us through all the options at the buffet and even preparing specific meals when needed. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and the level of care shown. The Daisy Clubs were also fantastic — so much to do and brilliantly organized for the kids. Our son had an amazing time, which made our holiday even more special. We would absolutely come again and highly recommend this hotel to any family, especially those with food allergies or dietary needs.

We stayed here for a family holiday with 2 children 11 months and 5 years in October. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, half board for 10 nights. The hotel is very much a family hotel and perfect for young children. Location 15 minute transfer from the airport which was ideal. I emailed the hotel prior to arrival and they arranged our transfer for us. It was 60euros return and car seats were provided for both the children. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach which was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There only down side for us was that there were a lot of English restaurants. There were regular buses right outside the hotel which were used once. Pool There are 3 pools 2 of which are supposed to be heated the board had the pool temperatures written but I doubt the accuracy as on the last day the baby pool was really warm but the board temperature hadn't changed. The pools were fine if you were moving but unfortunately to cold for young children to sit and pay. The pools were kept clean and there were several lifeguards. Sunbeds were always reserved early in the morning but if you weren't fussed where you sat you could always find loungers further away from the pool. There were plenty of parasols for shade. Room We asked for a top floor room (3 floors) to avoid hearing noise above but the year of was that we had to carry the buggy up the stairs as there was no lift. The room was perfect with enough space for the 4 of us and the little kitchen area was very useful. A highchair was also provided apon request. The room was cleaned daily and we appreciated that they would come back and try again if the sleep sign was on the first time. Food The hotel takes allergies very seriously, upon arrival the reception issues a card with any allergies, that you must take to the restaurant each time. Each day the chef showed us round the buffet to let us know what was safe for my son who has a milk and egg allergy. They also gave him some treats which was a nice touch as he was a little limited with desserts but plenty of options with his main. We would have found it easier if the dishes had been labelled with it's allergens as it reduces the risk of human error. We were glad we only went half board as unfortunately the pool bar that had snacks, sandwiches and lunch bits wouldn't serve him due to contamination. The food was varied and fresh. It was always replenished and staff were available to answer any questions. The restaurant is organised and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated even at peek times. The tables were cleared promptly and the restaurant staff were friendly. Entertainment We only went to the mini disco each evening which was great. Blyth children loved it and kept all the children entertained. Kids club My 5 year old went to daisy club 5 times which he really enjoyed and came back with lots of crafts. There was a long morning session which was busy or a short session in the afternoon which was much quieter. The staff were friendly and took good care of the children. Overall we had a great holiday and would happily stay again.

Food was seriously the best I’ve experienced at an all inclusive resort. Lovely location just a short walk away to beautiful beaches, restaurants and windsurfing. Friendly, competent service. Lovely gardens. Pools were great, everything well cleaned each evening. Some renovation on the far side but only noticed when visiting the tennis courts. We had a garden view with a glimpse of the ocean. The children‘s entertainment crew were very caring and enthusiastic in their work, kids had a lovely time. Highly recommend!!!

Nice hotel with very big rooms, ideal for a stay with kids. The buffet has a different theme every night, but it is still buffet food. The taste of the food was quite good and the variety also. There are 3 pools in the middle of the hotel, of which 2 (baby pool and middle sized pool) are heated. The bigger pool is not heated and all the pools have a depth lower than 1,45m. Besides that there is a gym and baby-kids activity and the animation team really try to entertain all day long. The hotel is very near the coast and car park inside the domain is possible. In some areas you can see the hotel is not brand new, but they are working to redo some areas.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Sophie took great care of us, she served us with such kindness and even looked after my children. They absolutely loved her! The shows were also great and clearly made with a lot of effort. Nice holiday! 👏🏼🏝️🌞
