A beautiful hotel located in a quiet location right next to the promenade and the black sand beach. The rooms are comfortable, tidy and nicely furnished. The hotel itself has several restaurants, meals included with accommodation are buffet style, with a special offer of traditional, international, Asian and other cuisine. A large selection of food for vegetarians and vegans, allergy sufferers, etc. There was a rich entertainment program until late in the evening, morning yoga, exercises in the pool, entertaining shows and performances in the evening, etc. A large selection of entertainment for smaller children from two amusement parks, etc. There are 9 pools on offer, the largest of which has a sea view. The only complaint is that despite the notice that sun loungers are not allowed to be occupied, most of them did so by leaving towels on a large number of sun loungers, so we were without a single place to lie down for two days.

Fantastic stay at H10 Costa Adeje Palace! A special thank you to Yamaris at reception, who was so friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything to us on arrival. The hotel was extremely clean, our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. The buffet food was amazing, with plenty of choice and different options each day. The facilities were excellent, and we loved the different music and entertainment throughout the hotel. All the staff were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back. Thank you, everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at H10 Costa Adeje Palace. The hotel is in a beautiful seafront location, with excellent facilities, lovely pools, and a relaxed atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Yamaris at reception, who provided outstanding customer service and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, the food was varied and enjoyable, and everything was well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. We look forward to returning! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

So many good things to say about this hotel. It's immaculately clean, plenty of sunbeds, no 8am scramble people just got them as they wanted. The food has been lovely and the drinks are branded or decent cocktails. Highlights are the infinity pool, the skybar and the all inclusive offer. Downsides are the entertainment is terrible and so loud you can't escape it without leaving the hotel, and it's quite a way out from anywhere else so need to walk 30 mins unless using bus/taxi. Also 2 staff members at dinner time were rude to us while we waited for our son to finish his dinner, they were more concerned with getting ready for breakfast even though there was officially 30 mins left of dinner service.

We loved our stay at Costa Adeje Palace! We had the Privilege Class and it’s totally worth it if you want some more privacy and tranquility. The rooftop pool is the best and only accessible during the day wirh the privilege class. The team working on the rooftop was THE BEST! Especially one man who always made water wirh vanilla, you’re the best! Also the reception, the check-in and checkout were super easy. We could leave our luggage when we arrived as the room was not yet done. The only thing is the water pressure in the room… takes a little bit longer to wash the hair.
