Lovely resort with lots of different areas to relax or be entertained in. Lots of pools and a few different restaurants. We went for the half board which was good as it meant we could swap lunch and dinner giving us some flexibility. The staff are very nice and helpful and the amenities in general are good. There are only a few things to note: there is no iron or ironing board available so you have to use the in house laundry service; also no kettle or tea making facilities plus using the safe is extra. Apart from these things we did give some feedback that the fan in our room was noisy and there was no switch on one of our bedside lights - neither of which were significant faults but even still, they didn’t respond to this at all. Overall a nice stay and the location is excellent and at the quieter end of Adeje. A nice easy stroll to the old fishing village of La Caleta is recommended for a laid back vibe and some nice sea view restaurants. (There is also a very sweet tabby cat on site!)

Took our family of 4 (3 month old and 2.5 yr old) here for a week and can't speak highly enough of the experience. the splash pool/slides are perfect and kept our toddler endlessly entertained. rear access to the beach/prom is makes beach trips really easy. buffet and food was excellent and varied enough, with tons of choice. if you have young family you might want to make sure you have a room a bit further from the lobby as there is music there every night and the sound travels if your room is near it, but didn't bother us too much. Only thing to improve/be aware of is there is no way to fill up your water bottles yourself so you either have to go to shop and get lots of bottled water (very close) or buy from bar/restaurant.

I was there for an extended weekend. Rooms are not described correctly. We paid for the one with side sea view and it did not have it. We had to complain and change the room but nobody even cared to give us any answer about the refund for the first night. The Privilege package is nice but you have to be very careful about what is included and what's not. The information is poor and we learnt details only at the check out invoice. Again nobody from management bother to even say sorry for that. The pools area is nice but do not be surprise if you are kicked out from infinity pool just 10 minutes before the sunset. They don't care for such a details. Food is good and choice is big. Rooms and pools are clean but corridors not cleaned every day. Overall - too expensive like for the standard they offer. I think you can find something more appropriate for this money.

We’re nearing the end of a very relaxing and enjoyable 2 week stay on a privilege all inclusive basis. We chose this hotel because of the location (close to La Caleta) and the beautiful views of the sea and glorious sunsets. We were a little apprehensive having read some of the other reviews but all our fears were allayed… our room on the 7th floor is really comfortable, clean and well appointed - the bed & pillows are so comfortable and the shower is excellent… the staff are also excellent - we have received efficient and friendly service everywhere in the hotel (excellent welcome from Daniel and a really “on it” porter when we arrived) and the service, menu choice and quality of food in La Tosca restaurant (where we’ve eaten most evenings) has also been excellent. We didn’t try the buffet restaurant as we generally prefer “a la carte”, the main reason for opting for the Privilege package. We ate in Sakura a couple of evenings and loved the food & the spectacle but felt that the meal was a bit rushed on both occasions (several courses in an hour - allowing an hour and a half would have made the experience more enjoyable and we’d have gone back for a third or even fourth visit)… All in all an excellent stay except for a couple of occasions when we’ve felt “moved on” from the Privilege rooftop terrace after 6pm which seems incomprehensible as we’ve come specifically to see the sunset (currently at 6.15pm) and paid extra for Privilege access to the rooftop terrace… We’ve just discovered that apparently the terrace is closed 6-7pm - this makes no sense at all and is/was not mentioned on the website when we booked (the same website that mentions the amazing sunsets and shows lovely photos of the sun going down from the roof terrace!). The terrace should always be open at sunset, all year around, and even better if it’s open to everyone (not just Privilege guests) and drinks available too (the bar is shut currently 5-7pm).

Three of us came to stay for 4 nights and 4 days. For a 4 star establishment the hotel was making a very good impression from the get go. The lobby was welcoming and giving off elegant vibes. Reception was welcoming and ready to help, they explained everything clearly and without any issues. We booked two separate rooms but they were allocated close to each other and our cases were immediately taken off of us to be carried by a porter to our rooms. Initially the hotel was a bit difficult to navigate but we got used to the routes quickly. The rooms were pristine clean and well sized. The beds, albeit a bit firm, were comfortable. We read that if you book a higher tier service level you get a “pillow menu” which could’ve meant a better pillow but all in all the sleep quality was good. Bathrooms were spotless and well maintained with a good selection of toiletries and a reasonably good hairdryer. The WiFi is on the slow side and even though the TV was a smart TV with apps we couldn’t figure out how to connect it to the WiFi so there was no Netflix or Disney+ for us, though it was no issue. The part where we were was quiet, no disturbances overnight. The restaurant was big, the food selection for our half board stay plentiful and tasty. Every evening there was something different to choose from and it was always restocked. The restaurant even had robots to whizz around with clear plates which was nice to see. On the downside: we were a bit frustrated to see that not even still water was included with a half board package and we were charged €2.80 for less than a litre. This negative was overlooked however when we discovered that sparkling wine is basically bottomless at breakfast and is included. Other facilities: the sky bar on top of the hotel offers fantastic sunset views and offers drinks with a table service. The selection is the same as on the outside terrace by the pool though. The latter I wouldn’t recommend for cocktails, they are served in a plastic glass and are seemingly prepared without any care. The gym is alright, it offered enough for a workout but is not extensive. The AC was not on and it felt really humid and muggy inside. We only used it once and it didn’t bother us. The pools are good, clean, the water is a good temperature, though some might find it a bit cold. There are lots of sunbeds available. The gardens around are well maintained and beautiful. All in all, we had a great stay and the hotel was frankly better than a 5-star resort we stayed in not long ago. We can recommend staying here.
