Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were well maintained, the hotel was clean and organised, and the overall experience was positive. There are, however, a few areas where improvements could be made. While most staff members were friendly and helpful, I occasionally encountered situations where staff would not communicate in English, which made things difficult for international guests. The gym was also somewhat underwhelming and could benefit from better equipment and maintenance. I was surprised that no complimentary water was available during dinner, especially in an all-inclusive setting. In addition, obtaining a beach towel required a cash deposit, which felt inconsistent with the hotel’s otherwise modern and largely cashless system based on the wristband chip. Finally, the food was somewhat hit and miss. Some meals were very enjoyable, while others were less impressive. That said, considering the scale of catering required in a large all-inclusive resort, this is perhaps understandable. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others. The positives clearly outweighed the negatives, and with a few adjustments the experience could be even better.

Rooms where lovely, however the floor was dirty on arrival, which meant that we couldn't put baby on the floor to crawl as her clothes ended up black. Other than this, no complaints. Staff were lovely... so attentive and friendly... couldnt do enough for you. Really enjoyed our holiday xxx

Absolutely stunning hotel . Everything you could wish for and more Great location , great staff and amazing views. We would have loved a room higher up as we had no view from our balcony other than a bush but it didn’t stop us enjoying as we spent little time in the room . Amazing pool with a sea view which was like a warm bath and a little van with refreshments nearby , special shout out to Pedro and his great music taste . Room adequate for our needs and spotlessly clean throughout with regular room service and clean towels . Entertainment was good and we spent a few nights in but mostly out and about as such a beautiful resort and we like to walk a lot . We are going to book again now for next year ! Thank you Conquistador for a lovely and much needed holiday celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary .

Nice, tidy and comfortable accommodation. The staff is very friendly and helpful with every request. The food offer is wide-ranging and for the most demanding. The offer of entertainment and interactive content is all day long and varied. Highly recommended!

H10 Conquistador is THE best all-inclusive hotel I have stayed in for a very long time. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There are many complimentary items and the food is absolutely fantastic for an all-inclusive. Javi from entertainment team is priceless…what a guy! He has kept us entertained all week and has enough energy for the rest of us. This is our second year & all ready looking at booking next year. Location is just off the main strip which is perfect for older visitors and families. There truly is nothing not to like about this hotel!
