It’s our first family holiday in a kid-friendly hotel as our son is just old enough to appreciate it. We have not been disappointed. It’s pristinely clean, members of staff are friendly, a few sandpits, a kiddy pool, entertainment for everyone. And the location is excellent. We hired a car and we can get to a lot of places within 10-15 minute drive. I wouldn’t however recommend going all-inclusive at this place. We booked breakfast and we paid for a couple of dinners. Food here is just fine. It’s tasty enough, but it’s lacking a bit of love, a bit of refinement. Thankfully there are well equipped kitchens here and plenty of places to eat out nearby.

Rooms immaculate, all the staff are very friendly and made our time here very enjoyable. Entertainment every night and poolside stuff for the kids every day. So many facilities on offer. Food was amazing and there is always something on offer for the picky eaters. Would love to come again it’s been a pleasure!

We just came back from a 7-night stay (2 adults and one 8-year-old) and absolutely loved it! The hotel is spotless, cozy, and has such a lovely, relaxed vibe. All the staff are amazing — so friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy, which really makes a difference. The food was tasty with a different selection every night, so we never got bored. Everything was super clean, entertainment was great (you can even watch the evening shows while having dinner!), and the pool is heated — no sunbed wars either! It’s a peaceful hotel, perfect for families. You can walk to Las Américas in about 20 minutes or take a taxi for around €10. I also had a lovely massage at the spa. If you’re looking for a relaxing family holiday, definitely book this hotel — you won’t regret it!

This our second visit here and it was even better than last time The food is fresh and a great variety The family villa is spacious for a family of 4 The hotel grounds are well maintained and always clean However, the best part of our stay is the staff! Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and can’t do enough for you! They made us feel like family. Special shout out to Katy, Fanny, Yousef, Jose, Sonia, Nico and Veronica We are already planning our 2026 trip

Just absolutely loved it..5* all day long. First (and certainly not last) all inclusive we have done together and first holiday with our children. Two adults, and two 5 month olds. Amazing staff. Stunning, clean rooms with some lovely touches for the children. Great pools, and the best most relaxed atmosphere, friendly for children. Never felt overcrowded or too busy. Other guests seemed nice and respectful also. The food was high quality and good variety overall. I would suggest possibly a few more vegetarian options but it does cater pretty well. The staff at the restaurant were lovely - and the lifeguard and entertainment coordinators were so lovely and friendly also. We would love to come back again in the future. Let's hope the price does not rocket up with all the good reviews.
