We stayed here for a week from may the 19th and had an amazing time. When we first arrived at 2:30am the check in process was easy and staff made a great first impression, they looked after our luggage and took us to a small buffet in the empty restaurant where we had lovely fresh rolls with ham/cheese and fresh water bottles. We were then taken with our luggage on a vehicle to our bungalow, this is a really good service as doesn't wake other guests dragging luggage through the hotel to your accommodation. Our bungalow was lovely and had a private enclosed terrace, decor was dated yes but in my personal opinion was absolutely lovely and beds were nice and comfortable. No issues with the accommodation, we had an amazing spot which felt so private as was enclosed but still over looked the pool which was a bonus also featured a gorgeous view of the mountains which was lovely to sit out and watch in the evenings. Pool was fantastic and the entertainment staff made it so fun, my son had a great time and we spent much more time around the pool than we usually do on other holidays. Food was really nice, some nights better than others but overall we looked forward to eating breakfast & dinner. We didn't watch much of the evening entertainment but what we did see was highly entertaining and to a high standard. Cleaning staff were great and made our beds every day and even folded my sons pyjamas which was really sweet, they emptied the bins too. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. On Check out day we had to be out our room for 12 in the afternoon and our transfer didn't arrive till 5:30, the use of a luggage room with changing facilities and showers allowed us to stay by the pool right up until it was time to wait for our transfer. The hotel also has a small sort of drive way with a bench which makes taking your luggage and waiting for taxis or transfers a lot easier. We will definitely be staying again and had an amazing time.

Reception manager great after a mix up with our rooms. Happy to change them and was very accommodating. Sandra in restaurant was excellent made specific efforts to meet my dietary requirements. Rooms very clean and grounds well kept. Strict rules around the pool not opening till 10am and lifeguards refusing to have inflatables at pool seemed rather ridiculous. Enterntainment was lacking and quite repetitive. Would I visit again No. Is this a nice venue for a 1 week holiday. Yes

Fantastic hotel. Really nice place and grounds. Pool, bar etc are fantastic and the place is absolutely spotless. Plenty cleaners around most of the day and always make sure to ask if you want the room cleaned with fresh towels etc. Been to many all inclusive over the years and the food is somewhat hit and miss at times but here the food is excellent. Good choices most of the time and plenty fresh fish and other meats. I did feel that the staff were a little stiff at times but mostly very friendly. Anyone who enjoys all inclusive will love this hotel. Great for kids to. Would recommend and return without hesitation. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

We stayed here from 29th June 2026 for 10 days, we had a fantastic holiday, cleaning staff were fantastic and we got fresh towels and essentials every day, we stayed in bungalow 663 and our ladies were lovely and friendly. Really enjoyed breakfast every day in the courtyard, everything so fresh, enjoyed snack bars salads and always fresh food and loads and loads of options for dinner. Waiting staff were excellent. Pool was lovely and we were close to it which was an extra bonus, had our grandson with us and we always felt that he was safe in the complex. The buggy is a great idea for our cases and we booked it for coming back. A big shout out to all the waiters, really nice older waiter at snack bar, sorry didnt get his name and of course our special waitress Valentina who went above and beyond, we miss her. Only one thing that could be improved is a bit of maintenance and and some paint, bit dated but we still loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you

We stayed 11nights with my 21months old. We picked this hotel because they had a kids splash pool and playground (and a ball pit too). He absolutely loved everything. Our room was a bungalow, which was comfortable and had a cot provided. The only downside I would say is that you can hear lots of noises from the room above, and also from the path that goes front of the room. It's a cobbler style path, and when people are coming or leaving early morning or late night with their luggage, also the cleaners with their cart is very loud with all the wheels bumping from one stone to another. They also don't warn you, that the sprinkler for the grass starts at 4am, so if you left your clothes drying on the provided clothes dryer outside, they will be worse by the morning (like soakig wet). We had breakfast and dinner booked, which both were plenty with many choices. The night entertainment for kids is very nice. My toddler danced all over the mini disco, however the speaker is so super loud sometimes that I don't even think it's safe for young kids, also the same songs every single night. The animation team is very kind. They provide towels for the swimming pool, the kitchen was equipped well with washing up soap and sponge too. The suba diver teacher is smoking right next to the kids playground, which I found unprofessional. Overal we had a great experience and would come back here again.
