We stayed here for 9 days and every single day was a great experience. A special thank you to our chef, Nuend. By the end of our stay, they already knew what we liked and how we preferred our food — that really meant a lot to us. Everyone was always smiling, kind, and genuinely cared about what we wanted. You can feel that they truly value their guests’ happiness. The restaurant is very clean, well organized, and attentive to detail. You can even ask for a special omelet and they prepare it exactly the way you like it. Thank you for your hard work and warm hospitality. You definitely deserve 5 stars.

Incredible Dining Experience & Five-Star Staff!The food at AtEase Phuket Patong is absolutely phenomenal, but what truly makes this restaurant unforgettable is the incredible team. The restaurant staff are remarkably polite, attentive, and genuinely warm. Huge shoutouts to Fear, Bat, Benz, and Mel C for their top-notch service and for always greeting us with the biggest smiles! A special thank you to Chef Nueng and the kitchen crew (Ly, Klao, and Aoy) for preparing some of the most delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented meals we’ve had in Phuket. They accommodated every request with grace and unmatched professionalism. If you want a dining experience where you feel genuinely cared for, this is the place to go. We will definitely be back! Me and my wife took Massage at SPA and Ms Series was absolutely great with the massage, thoroughly professional and a great Experience; highly recommended the message at the SPA at Atease.

Our stay at Atease Hotel was truly exceptional in every sense. From the moment we arrived, we experienced warm hospitality and great attention to detail. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel maintains an excellent level of cleanliness, and the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Its location is ideal—close to the market and main attractions, yet peaceful and far from the noise of nightlife, making it perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of the hotel is its beautiful internal greenery. Trees and plants are spread throughout the property, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, with a lovely spot where you can enjoy views over Patong while relaxing or dining. The staff were consistently attentive and quick to respond to any request, always maintaining communication with us. Special thanks to Dew at the reception for her kindness and for giving us a thoughtful souvenir. We also appreciate the housekeeping team for their politeness and dedication to cleanliness. Honestly, the hotel offers value far beyond its price. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking both quality and tranquility.

Superbly appointed hotel, rooms are spotless, bed and pillows excellent. Pool is lovely, all the breakfast staff are incredible so caring and so attentive, as are the front of house ladies. The shuttle service is okay but not great, the location of the hotel does not allow any ability to walk to a coffee bar/7-11 or other, we found this a little inconvenient as the coffee was not great at the hotel, and sometimes you just feel like a walk. But overall very enjoyable and very good value.

This hotel was the highlight of my 17 days trip in Thailand. I booked the master bedroom with Jacuzzi and it delivered. Spacious, clean, scenic, great facilities. Extremely friendly staff the location is 8-9 minutes by grab from Patong beach. And I actually made a mistake in my reservation and booked the next month and they just accommodated me without any extra charge or even mentioning it when i arrived for check in. I will come back for sure.
