Let me start by saying I truly don’t understand the criticism this hotel receives. Fontainebleau is absolutely stunning, luxurious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The way they incorporate their signature bow tie everywhere is carefully designed into every part of the property. I previously stayed here with a friend and loved it so much that I chose to return for my anniversary. During my first visit, we experienced the spa, which was nothing short of exceptional. On this most recent stay, I visited with my husband for his first trip to Las Vegas, and he already can’t wait to come back—specifically to Fontainebleau. The restaurants are among the best on the Strip, and between the top-tier dining and free parking, there’s really no reason to venture elsewhere. Our room offered breathtaking views of the Sphere and the Strip, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The hotel’s high ceilings and smoke-free environment make a noticeable difference; it feels open, fresh, and far more comfortable than many other Vegas properties. This is, without question, the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. While some may mention the location, I found it perfectly fine, especially considering that most people Uber between hotels anyway. Lastly, I feel the hotel is reasonably priced for how high end it is. I would highly recommend Fontainebleau and look forward to returning again.

We stayed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas from December 27th to January 2nd, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well managed. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the stay. The hotel truly stands out when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness—the rooms, common areas, and facilities were spotless and very well maintained throughout our visit. The customer service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. Room service was prompt, efficient, and the quality of food and service exceeded expectations. We also appreciated the ease of parking, which made coming and going extremely convenient. The hotel’s location is another big plus, with easy access to the Vegas Strip, allowing us to enjoy all the nearby attractions without any hassle. Overall, Fontainebleau Las Vegas delivered a comfortable, clean, and premium experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Valet service is too fast!!!!!!! I arrived at about 6:30pm on a concert night btw. I understand they have to move people however I don't want to be rushed so much that I forget something Which...I did...so then you have to take time to get valet and get back to your car. Room service was one hour late and not hot even though it was in a fancy heater thing when it arrived and I paid $100 for it..however coffee was HOT AND DELICIOUS and the Brioche French toast flavor and poached eggs were delicious but cold. I paid ahead for a concert and room bundle and they couldn't find it in their system which was just over $800 then I was charged again over $700 when I arrived. Their Leisure department had to look into it and half was refunded and the other for "incidentals" refunded upon check out. The room and hotel are Breathtaking! They handled my complaint in a timely manner. Staff very helpful and respectful. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, luxurious, robes..alcohol..munchies..tub and shower. Rooms are quiet. Beautiful view. I would visit again!

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. Our room was consistently clean and well maintained, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. Whether due to the season or simply the hotel’s atmosphere, it was pleasantly quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable and peaceful. I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my birthday getaway, it truly exceeded my expectations. Throughout our stay, we felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. We also loved the variety of restaurants located within the hotel. Papi Steak was a standout—definitely try the Briefcase Steak. The presentation was incredibly unique, complete with music, and unlike anything we’ve experienced at other restaurants. Another favorite spot was Le “Bonbon” at Fontainebleau, which quickly became my go-to coffee stop. They always had the best matcha, and it was the perfect way to start our days. Without a doubt, I would happily choose this same hotel again the next time I visit Las Vegas.

The 6-night stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas was a mixed bag and landed squarely at average. The room itself delivered modern, clean, well-located, and convenient. No complaints there. The core issues were operational and environmental. There is an overpowering synthetic fragrance throughout the property, likely deployed to mask smoking odors. The scent is so heavy that in multiple areas it impacted breathing comfort, creating a poor guest experience and potential air-quality concern. The second gap is a basic amenity miss. No in-room coffee machine is unacceptable at this price point. Requesting one resulted in a surprise upsell. Charging extra for a coffee machine in the room is nickel-and-diming, not hospitality. Bottom line: solid hardware, weak execution. For a luxury property, the fundamentals need to be table stakes, not revenue add-ons. The brand is close, but it’s not sticking the landing.
