Just got back after a wonderfully weeks holiday. First time staying here after many previous visits to aluasol and sunset bay, and have to say i will be back. Room was beautiful, clean and modern. Credit to the house cleaning staff as rooms spotless. Breakfast offering was fresh and good. We had a sea view premium room and was so happy. Staff all friendly and helpful. The poolside was lovely. I will defo return

We got the premium 2 bed apartment. Layout was great, with a nice big wraparound terrace with views over the beach. The downside of being beach side is it’s very noisy in evenings up until curfew at 12 midnight. Not just when you are sat out but inside with doors and windows closed. Breakfast is a plus, everything you could wish for. Coffee is from a machine and only so-so. Pool bar is decent with an OK selection of basic hot bar food.

We are on Holiday currently and whilst walking past we were approached by a woman with scratch cards asking if we would have a look around the hotel in exchange for price and 2 free drinks each, In Return we have to give them 60 minutes, We went in the hotel and introduced to another lady an then to someone else we had a sit down and asked how we normally paid and booked our holidays, we then had a tour of a very nice room and the spa. The rep then said we could buy 4 weeks worth of accommodation for £4000 instead of the normal £8000, he asked if that’s something I would be interested in, I said yes, great take a seat and he would get some paperwork, I did respond however I wouldn’t be paying any money out Today he they showed us to the exit, I asked about our complimentary drinks and prize and he said that’s only for people who stay the 60 minutes, I said yes that’s what we agreed to, he repeated himself again and walked off, so in my opinion this hotel can’t know this isn’t happening because they had access to reception and rooms and a tour of the spa, if it is genuine which I doubt any chance of me booking at this hotel in the future has gone. I would read the reviews and make your own mind up.

Great hotel, very clean and well looked after. In a really good location right in the middle of the beach and strip areas by the harbour. Despite its location it's far enough away to be very quiet - didn't hear any music in the evenings. All staff very friendly and helpful, have already booked to come back in the end of August for a few days with the kids

Just returned from a week here.The hotel is beautiful.Spotless everywhere.The staff are so efficient & helpful.The breakfast choice was amazing.
