This hotel is amazing, and the staff is incredible. The quality of their food, rooms, and activities is outstanding! I’ve experienced this hotel under two completely different points of view. I came here on my honeymoon a few years ago and now with my two-year-old. The first time we loved the liveliness of the place and how we really didn’t have an agenda and could experience so many different things without feeling bored. The second time around, I enjoyed the fact that this place is kid-friendly. The first time around, I didn’t even notice the cool boat they have for kids, the kid friendly pool and the amazing playroom (there is better than the one in my city). Both times, I really appreciated how everyone is happy to help and how they adapted to make everyone feel comfortable.

Beautiful location, excellent service. The food was yummy. Big shout out to Pedro and Alan and the older gentleman (his name escapes me sorry!), the evening bartenders at the lobby bar. They took great care of us, making sure we were never without a drink, making fun drinks and shots without being asked despite the bar being crazy busy! Our poolside bartender was also amazing (sorry, can't remember his name). We had a great time even though the weather didn't cooperate.

Had the best vacation at this beautiful hotel, everything was on point; the staff, the food, the drinks selection, everything above expectation. The service at every venue was so friendly and warm, the staff was just outstanding! Special mentions to Dani and Kinverly at check in, Diego at the pool bar was fantastic! looked after us and everyone like we were royalty! and Nemias at the lobby bar was so personable and attentive and Jesus at the little italian venue by the pool made my dinner a breeze! they made my vacation extra special along with every single staff member. Really enjoyed the tacos and the brasilian grill. I will be back! this was my second time, and looking fwd to a third and fourth!

Our stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of positive energy — a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. One of the best parts was the buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — there was so much variety every single day, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was Mexican, Italian, or continental dishes, there was always something new and delicious to try. As someone who is allergic to eggs, I was honestly a bit nervous about eating at an all-inclusive resort. But I have to say, I didn’t have even one bad experience. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind, attentive, and genuinely careful about my allergy. They went out of their way to check ingredients and ensure my meals were safe — which made such a huge difference in enjoying my vacation stress-free. From the warm hospitality to the amazing food, beachside views, and overall comfort, everything exceeded expectations. Fiesta Americana Condesa truly made me feel cared for, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this resort — especially for anyone with dietary restrictions — they take care of you like family. 💕🌊✨

Our family has stayed here now twice. The staff, food, pools, cleanliness and all things vacation are a 10/10. Cevicheria is a delight. Brasa by the Sea is excellent. Rosato was excellent. El Rincon de don Roberto has THE BEST tacos. Do not hesitate to visit Fiesta Americana Condesa.
