Overall decent stay if you are coming just to do nothing but will get boring after day two. Beach view was beautiful. Not much to do. Good place for kids. All the pools are kid friendly. No entertainment for kids apart from the daycare activity but one parent has to stay at all times. So not really helpful. Food was good at Rosatto and sea by brasa. Market place buffet good for a day or two. Kids liked ice cream and coffee shop was good. Mexicano restaurant not that great. A lot of the menus are excluded from all inclusive part so that is bummer given you are already spending so much for the all inclusive stay. Didn’t provide any information that la ceviche restaurant was under renovation and closed. No information that afternoon lunch was being served at sea by brasa because la cheviche was closed. Bar tenders all of them were really nice. Special shout out to servers at Rosatto including Caesar, Pedro and another name I can’t remember. Room service prompt. But downsides: too much soliciting to get membership, spa treatment, no direction or signs much for people to know where to go, no updated information of which day what restaurant is open ( only posted the day of not ahead of time), most live music or dj or whatever is in lobby bar which is adults only entry. Construction in the front and by the pool. No one at the pools comes around asking for anything. Arrogant front lady named maggy at the marketplace buffet discriminating against us for sure because I watched her behavior towards us and towards others for three days. Heavily liked by locals it seems like. Not sure if we will stay here again.

My favorite place!! This resort is incredible. We stayed in a room with a plunge pool - SO worth it and absolutely incredible. The drinks are made with quality liquor, and SOOO yummy!! There’s a lot of very good food options as well. I loveeeeee the quesadillas!! The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pool is fantastic. What truly makes this resort is the staff - I’ve never seen such hardworking and sweet people!! They really go above and beyond. I went with my girlfriend as well and they were very LGBTQ+ friendly and we had a very romantic getaway!

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the best experiences I've had. Initially, I was disappointed with the room condition upon arrival at 7 pm - there was water on the floor due to an air conditioning issue. However, the staff immediately changed my room and the maintenance team had fixed the issue promptly. The food quality was 9/10 and variety was 10/10. I loved the Brazilian and Italian restaurants, but the Mexican restaurant was average.The outdoor seafood restaurant and Pizza bar were highlights. They also serve top-shelf liquor! Staff were super friendly and helpful - a standout experience! Special thanks to Rebeca, Adelio, and Chef Ismael for making our stay amazing. I'd recommend this hotel for a relaxing family vacation, but maybe not for those seeking late-night entertainment. One suggestion: upgrade the pillows! They were a bit of a struggle for me, but the mattress was good. Overall, I'd definitely come back!

I would not recommend staying here. My son and I got food poisoning the first night we were there and did not get to do anything the other 3 days. No partial refund was given. 2 of the restaurants are closed every day. They up charge you for simple items like Red Bull 10 bucks when you've already paid your all inclusive and then up charge what they call top shelf which is Tito's and Grey Goose. They also have people trying to get you to buy things every night in the walkway by the pool which is uncomfortable. The pool areas are nice. Most of the staff is nice. I would never recommend staying here based on good positioning with no real care about it, up charging for basic items, closing restaurants every day, ad well ss very slippery waking conditions. Our family friend fell in the Brazilian steakhouse because it was like an ice rink and they really didnt care. They would not give him pain medication til the next day so he didn't sleep the whole night. The floors to your room are very slippery, my son fell multiple times. Things happen but the lack of making anything right was a problem. Don't stay here

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels relaxing, luxurious, and incredibly well designed. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer spectacular views. The staff service was one of the highlights — always attentive, friendly, and making the stay feel truly special. The food was delicious, the common areas were spotless, and the overall experience was perfect whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. This is definitely one of those places worth visiting at least once. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing hotel with a memorable experience, I highly recommend it. I would absolutely come back again.
